They were very busy on Saturday evening at 5 to dine in. Took us about 15 min to order, another 15 minutes to receive the food, and then they got us the wrong order ? So I had to go to the counter to talk to the server to get us the right food..... It was too much of a hassle and this wasn't the first time they made mistakes on our order. The last couple of times were when we went to drive thru and we didn't realize there was missing food until we got home so there was really no way for us to prove it. Also they need to hire more people to clean up because every single table was filthy so we had to use our wipes to wipe down the table and chairs before seating. Not our favorite Chick-Fil-A location.

I was made to wait 10 extra minutes in the drive thru for my two chicken egg & cheese biscuits that both did not come with cheese. Why am I paying for stuff I haven’t received?? Last time I went before today I ordered two breakfast meals and was only given one hash brown side order. I’ll never be back to this location. Please ask your employees to pay better attention to what they are doing.

Very busy location! Be very cautious in the parking lot especially with children! Great take out, drive thru, dine in, or order thru Door Dash, Grub Hub, Uber Eats etc. Best fast food around!5 ?

Love the food the fries are a bit meh. Everyone is so friendly. But there's people standing outside in the cold taking orders and I believe that's something a normal company would give the employees a bit extra and no accepting tips??? I do apologize if this sounds like an attack I promise I don't mean it like that.
Drive through and walk up only. Not a dine in like others. I ordered me some sauces and ketchup for our 30 piece nuggets and 3 chicken sandwiches and they only gave us a few sauces and no ketchup (which is what I love with them delicious waffle fries).

So we pull up. There is no board to order from. A person walks up and asks what we'd like to order. My wife says, I'm not sure what to order and he hands us a gross menu that needed wiped down on the back of the menu. He has an attitude as she asks about various items. Didn't know the product very wellThe guy then tells me if I want to pay cash, pull forward or if I'm using my card, he can run it. I asked for a receipt after he ran my card and he had to ask someone where I could get my receipt. Took a while for them to figure out, I could collect it at the windowMy wife ordered chicken tenders and she ate them as we drove home and upon reaching home, she proceeded to toss up all her Chicken. Bad attitude from the person who took our order and the food was bad. Nothing worse than cross contamination with raw chicken. My wife loves your food, but had a terrible experience this time
