Decent food at a fair price. The barbacoa is very tasty. Staff is inexperienced and lacking knowledge.

Food is quite tasty, but I recommend taking it out. The premises are quite typical for fast-food restaurants these days - loud R&R music in terrible acoustics make conversation difficult, chairs are flat boards on metal frames, concrete floors, and the rest of the decor is metal and glass. My wife described it as "like a pachyderm enclosure at a zoo."

I ordered $29 worth of food to take home, 2 burritos and 1 bowl. The quality of food just seems to be getting worse and worse. Your pinto beans were disgusting this time. Made my food inedible.
I could split the beans straight down the middle that's how under cooked they were.
Is there no QA tests to prevent stuff like this? Maybe you could implement daily taste tests so you know what your food taste like?
To add to all this i wasnt given a receipt.
You gotta do better cause this ain't it.

My first visit to a Chipotle in a while. Food was good all else was pretty terrible. Guy seemed to be being ultra careful with portion size like the manager is on their backs about it. Service was subpar, bathroom had no soap or hand sanitizer, trash cans full to the brim, floor was disgusting, tables not super clean. Watched an employee throw a dirty napkin on the floor in front of two other employees and they just left it. Seemed like employees cared more about socializing with one another than anything else. It was towards the end of their shift but still. Everything added up to a pretty bad customer experience. Cleanliness needs serious work.

The chicken in my burrito was extremely gristle-y. Strongly suggest getting a vegetarian option. I had to pull chicken out of every other bite. Super disappointing.

Their food is bomb and the crew is really nice and helpful. If you go here for food, I'd suggest going earlier in the day to avoid the crazy rush this place deals with.

This is a popular fast meal choice for my wife and I. Consistently good food and service. Prices are fair, and portion sizes are often large enough for us to share a selection by asking for a free empty bowl.

After reading some of the other bad reviews of this location, my experience was par for the course. The service was too fast, and it comes off as rude. As if they can’t wait to get you out of there, and you almost can’t even understand what they’re saying. Why are they talking as fast as they can? I almost started laughing when I started my order. Big difference between fast, quality customer service and being rude. A lot of others complained about the portion sizes, which is also true. Definitely a smaller burrito at this location compared to what I’m used to, and I’m traveling the country. When I asked for my sour cream, the worker sighed. I apologized and he said nothing back. I would recommend going to a different chipotle.

Ordered 2 bowls on the app, both came out to be about $18 but I didn’t care because I was excited to try the limited time brisket! 45 minutes later my food shows up and there was almost no brisket at all in either of my bowls. Which I believe to be completely unacceptable for how much extra that to pay. Occasionally the food here is great but more often than not I pay extra for more meat and don’t even get a full 1 serving of meat. I don’t know why this is or if chipotle believes that this saves money but really just makes people not want to come back. I used to love chipotle when 25$ would feed my family of 4. Now for one 20$ bowl and 5 dollar chips and queso can’t even fill myself up because of the scarcity of meat put in everything I have gotten here for the past year.
Step it up chipotle or more likely than not you guys will have to close down from a lack of customers.

Just got my chicken burrito and it's smaller than my hand. 13 dollars for this is absolutely insane
