Don’t support this location, Last money I’ll ever contribute to 222 NE Emerson ave suite 100. Ordered online and drove all the way to La Pine before eating to realize I didn’t get double chicken or double rice like I had paid for. This location has burned me several times in this exact same way. The chipotle CSR robot always gives you a free meal like that makes up for it but they lucky I drove all this way otherwise I would have tossed this pathetic excuse of chipotle back into the kitchen. My meal had about 6 pieces of chicken and a half scoop of rice. In all my years of eating chipotle this location is by far the most pathetic fast food joint I’ve ever eaten at and I’ll never give them a chance again.

Honestly I have not been to this location in a few years and will for sure never go back! I should have left when just walking in and how dirty it was floor, tables honestly just pathetic. While waiting in line I see a bag of burritos on the counter with a fly flying around I told my boyfriend since he was planning on a burrito. Which he of course changed his mind. We were next and I let the guy making the food know he proceeded to kill the fly in the bag with one hand in with a glove and kill it, then pulls the burritos out of the bag and throws the bag away not the burritos that the fly was all over and places them on the counter. He then goes what would you like? We are like um are you going to change your gloves? Since you just killed a nasty fly with them? He’s like oh yeah.. I honestly should have walked out… absolutely disgusting and I feel bad for anyone who got the burritos with dead fly juice all over! Beware!

I was trying to get allergy information and see if this location offers the hard shell tacos because I have celiac disease and the AI phone service makes that impossible. If you ask to speak to a representative it tells you that not every call can be answered by an employee. You would think that getting allergy information would be important. If you ask the AI for allergy information it just prompts you to start placing an order. All this phone service does is make people not want to eat here.
I never give bad reviews, but this place is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. They were out of chips and tortillas. The trash cans were all over flowing and every table had table scraps under them. The bathroom was a wreck too. Someone from corporate needs to come in and clean house. I will never be back to this location which is very disappointing, as pretty much every other Chipotle is squared away.

The wait in line was around 30 minutes, garbage cans were all overflowing, soda fountains were dirty and most were out of order. Trash was all over the floor and most tables were dirty. Food was only okay. Definitely one of the worst Chipotles I’ve been too.
