I wish I could give 0 stars. This is the WORST chipotle I’ve ever been to. It’s consistently bad. We will never return. Last night was the final straw. Paid $29 for a double steak bowl with extra rice. It was barely half full. The rice was hard. Steak is chewy. Missing toppings. The workers don’t give a crap. Whoever managers this location should be fired because no one cares here. They have literally been out of rice multiple times. I’m shocked that they are still in business. Should replace with something local that deserves our hard earned money. The stupid robot on support just offers a free meal. Make sure you call customer support for a REFUND. No one wants your crappy food anymore.

Be careful.
I’ve had multiple bad experiences (3+) at this chipotle. if the employees aren’t screaming at each other. They’re definitely getting your order wrong or subbing in random ingredients because they’re out of half.
Consider beware. This is not up to Chipotle standards. This place is savage.

I walked in their today 12/2/25 asked for a burrito bowl I watched this woman try to give me 1 tiny scoop of rice,beans and meat I mean it was a quarter of the bowl I laughed in her face and walked out what a joke!

Ordered delivery. The portions were a joke, laughably small. Highway robbery.. both bowls received were missing multiple toppings and neither were anywhere near to full portions. Both myself and wife had to make food ourselves because we were still hungry after finishing what little they did give us. Very frustrating when the whole point of ordering dinner is to avoid cooking... I will never support this location again. Might as well flush $40 down the drain.

Get these kids a card reading system that people can tip on! Nobody carries cash anymore and we all know you’re not paying them a livable wage So let the customer help when they can!

Ordered online. Got there and they forgot to fulfill online orders. Walk in folks getting burritos made while the online order folks wait. OMG. Cannot cancel order or get a refund.

There is an older disgruntled lady that works here.. on the line making burritos.. wiping her face and mouth with gloved hand while making food. Then starts ringing up customers with same gloves, just to go back and continue making food with same gloves. Just really gross and definitely unsanitary 😡

Quite possibly the filthiest Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Food all over every table and chairs, the ledge they build the burritos and bowls on looked like they clean it once a week. The drink station was a disaster. Is it that hard to keep a restaurant clean? Who manages this location???? Be better. I feel like going back simply to take pictures to post.
