I love this healthy food. That said, it is unfortunate that most of the staff is frequently distracted by the small talk of other staff. I feel like it's caused by the age of the staff and not their abilities, so I keep hoping that they will eventually get that they're there to work, not talk.
Dietary restrictions: The food here is all freshly made, not out of a can. You choose what goes into your dish. It' a very healthy "diet" to be on.
Parking: They might have 4 spaces other than a couple handicapped spots and a pickup only spot.

Ordered a burrito bowl on DoorDash with extra chicken. 20 dollars later I get ky order and there’s no chicken at all. What a terrible experience. These guys are also rude and have a poor attitude anytime you go in here in person. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend this chipotle to anyone.

I pick up food here regularly as a treat on my way home from work. I never stay to eat, so I cannot speak to the atmosphere.
The food quality is always good and they never skimp on portions.
They are very rarely understaffed and unable to keep up with a large customer rush. Again, this is very rare.
The staff are polite, friendly, and they work fast. (Remember to tip! They deserve it!)

Trash receptacles were overflowing, tables not wiped off. In fairness, there was a steady stream of customers and staff were very busy. If I was the manager, I would have personally emptied the trash and wiped tables. Also what ever happened to Chipotle's lime in the chips? 😢

Just ate a burrito from here, not satisfied . I usually go to the one on Emerson in Bend. The reason I gave it one star is because the restaurant is dirty. The dining room was gross, there were dirty tables everywhere, trash and food on the floor. The food line looked like a bomb went off then no one cared to clean it, as a result…my burrito was being slogged through all the mess from a busy lunch rush. I expressed my dissatisfaction and the cashier (pony tail guy) told me that it wasn’t his fault because he was working over there. I said “perfect no accountability” pony tail started laughing and said that they were really busy. Perfect representation of everything that is wrong in the world right now. If you own this restaurant, you need to train your people better. And for god sakes, have a little pride and clean the restaurant!

Brisket in the bowl was also burnt and the seasoning on the chicken was insanely spicy.
Customer service was absolutely useless!

Was charged for my order went to get it, they couldn't find it. Their solution after unsuccessfully trying to blame me for it? "Call your bank if you want to dispute the charge because we can't do anything for you here... And of you want to order again wait your turn here" which would be about 30 minutes since the line was very long.
