This place is a joke. $10 for a quesadilla, and it was smaller than the kids meal version? I feel extremely ripped off by how little all the portions were, and my money stolen. Don't waste your time here.

Tried to charge me just for the little container because I wanted the salsa and tomatoes on the side….. It went from 21 to 26 dollars!!!….. yeah you just lost 2 customers in the Bend location because of that woman…. Everyone else was awesome…. 5 extra dollars for asking for things on the side…. Wow! …. incredible 🤦 1 star unless you can fix that issue…😐

when you first walk in you’re greeted by three overflowing trash cans and tables full of trash as well, followed by 5 stinky dudes on their phones. Ordering anything is almost pointless since they are always out of half the ingredients by 6pm. they seem like they don’t want to work or be there at all. this one guy got so close to throwing a fit because he had to re-enter my order. not inviting, not a good time. and don’t plan on using your points at this location for some reason only this location has ever had issues with it taking your free item off and they couldn’t care less to help figure it out.

The experience in-store is fine, but I’ve never gotten a correct pickup order. The last three times I’ve paid for guacamole in a bowl or burrito, I haven’t gotten it. I’ve also just been missing meat entirely on my order before too and only gotten beans/rice/salsa. This location is very convenient for me but I’ll just have to make the trip across town to the other one, unfortunately.

I placed a online order and arrived at the location 10 minutes later when the order was supposed to be completed. I then stood there 10 minutes waiting for my order to be placed in the order pickup location inside the restaurant. It still wasn’t there so I asked someone, and it turns out it had been ready the whole time, but it was back in the wrong area.it wasn’t in the pickup location. Obviously it was cold by then so when I got home I had to microwave it, but they wrapped it so terribly that it fell apart. The chips were also cold, tasted old, and were WAY too salty. It’s not surprising that this location has so many 1 star reviews, I’m surprised corporate hasn’t done something about this.

I catered from this location for a new client business meeting in Bend. Upon the food being late for the meeting, I had to track the order down online and saw it was canceled that morning. Was never notified. I called chipotle trying to figure out where the food was and got put on hold then transferred then put on hold and again. After finally getting ahold of someone, I was told the order was cancelled because the manager of the store was “having a bad day”. I honestly couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I hung up and will never cater chipotle again. This greatly impacted this business meeting in a negative way. Completely avoidable and unacceptable way to do business.

This is the most Junior Varsity Chipotle I have ever been to. They’ve got various garbage playlist blasting at once, the tables look like they were wiped down by Helen Keller, the food sucks, it’s BOGO for Veterans Day and I still have the nerve to complain; because of how bad it is... Do not attend this place, maybe hit up Taco Bell, or just go across the street to Mud Bay and get some dog food to satisfy your dietary needs.

Just don’t go to this location. Consistently a disappointment. I hadn’t been to this one for quite some time because I was tired of spending money and being disappointed, but I finished grocery shopping late and needed to grab dinner for my family. Almost $40 spent for the smallest burritos I have ever received. We ordered drive through otherwise I would have said something. Not only were the portions small, but the burrito itself was so poorly made. In the entire thing, 95% of it was just rice and beans. The rest was a little bit of carnitas and the other inclusions I ordered, all on one side.

Making burritos isn’t hard. Working food service isn’t hard. Having standards of service for your product and your employees isn’t hard. This location has consistently been bad since it was built and I’m surprised it has made it this long.

They may have been training some new employees and that could explain the poorly wrapped burrito that was so wadded up it burst the tortilla. Instead of starting over they just rewrapped the first tortilla into the second tortilla and wadded it up as well.
