I'm not one to usually post reviews, but I just wanted to give a shout out to one of the employees at the Chipotle on the north end of Bend. He made some great food recommendations and was just so nice, it was really refreshing. I was exhausted after running a race today (March 30th) and he really made my day! It's employees like him that bring people back. I wish I would have caught his name, but he was black wearing a mask and had some cool forearm tattoos. I know you guys are busy and people are in and out constantly in and out but please know you are appreciated. So, if you see this or your manager does, I hope they give you a fat raise! Thank you for being so kind :)

Seemed to be a bit crammed in the location as some tables were not wiped down and sanitized and there didn't seem to have any team values in the process of ordering food.

Closed 3 hours early. Last time we went, a year ago, they were out of meat 2 hours before closing. Seems like this location consistently has no idea what they are doing.

10+ minutes to get through the drive thru to pick up food that was supposed to be done already. Truly don’t understand it ?

Honestly AMAZING experience. I got there about 10 minutes before they were closing. They were all out of chips, so they made me fresh ones! So nice. And food was great.

Don't know why but I've never had a positive experience at chipotle. I mean the food is decent but the staff ate just negative and rude probably cause the don't pay them enough to care but id rather give my hard earned money to local taco shop that cares and I nice then these
They are never open during business hours. Worst Chipotle ever!!

The food was not good. the chicken Was very dry and they barely put any on the taco. when I ask for cheese, They put about five little pieces of cheese on top and a couple of tiny pieces of lettuce. I was basically eating all taco shell. I do not know how these people were taught to prepare food but worst taco ever! was dry and not even warm. room temperature at best. very gross. All the tables were completely filthy and there was nobody in the restaurant besides the service workers. Trash was completely full and falling over onto the floor. My girlfriend was sick for 2 days after eating there. I was not feeling well myself. Definitely do not recommend this restaurant.
