Really great burgers usually, and good price. Unfortunately have a bunch of kids working there lately, and as I pull up at 5:45 on a Friday night, they’re closing “early”. Guess they have better things to do on the weekend. I saw at least 2 other groups of people turn back around while we sat there trying to decide where to go next.

I received two vegan burgers completely uncooked, frozen in the middle. I called at 7:30pm and the guy answering the phone could care less. He told me he couldn’t remake the burgers because they were closing in 30 minutes. I used to love Chow burger but I won’t be coming back.

Very poor service but great food. Waited 35 minutes for 1 single burger that they forgot to cook. The older man behind the register was very incoherent. Loved the food when I got it. Would come back if it was under new management

Chow Burger is our go-to place for burgers. We were just in again today and the two young men working there were so friendly while also being efficient. Simple menu, takeout only, good milkshakes, awesome place!

After we ordered four people came up and demanded their money back. None of the workers were making food on time and taking over 30mins for a basic menu. One customer asked for a refund and the oldest worker there only gave them $20 and said they would keep making their order. We gave up and asked for our money back. The same worker from before kept staring at us and whispering “we dont have money”, “we don’t have anything” while holding my $25 in his hand. He eventually refunded me but I was so disappointed from that experience…not going back.

Delicious, wife had the veggie and I did the double, both were awesome. Fries were fresh and yummy, kids behind the counter were upbeat and nice to chat with even being buried in orders. Wish it stayed open later on the weekend, otheer burgers near by just don't hold up.

Nice employees but still didn’t get my order correct. I ordered there and told employee twice not to put cheese on burger and she said “I’ve got you covered.” Added cheese and forgot the lettuce and burgers got cold while they were straightening out the order before me.

Absolutely love this little spot. A perfect addition to the Lot! Employees are so sweet and friendly. Burgers, fry’s, and shakes are great for a little burger shop so I always enjoy stopping by to pick up a quick bite.

Amazing burgers, delicious shakes, great people! The burgers are fresh and classic, they come with everything you need from a burger. The shakes are great and hand made. And the customer service is awesome! Recommend it to everyone.
great tasty burgers!Staff/customer service is really hit or miss. At times they are completely rude and other times very good friendly service. I do feel bad for them as it is either extremely hot or cold inside while they work. I commend them for being able to work more than 1 hour in this space. The ventilation and HVAC need a serious makeover if the owner cares about the working environment of their staff.

My new fav burger spot! Randomly stopped in today because I saw they had a vegan burger. It was one of the very best I’ve EVER had and I have eaten a lot of vegan burgers in the past 16 years! Everything was super fresh. The fries were also delicious. The gals running the place were awesome. Can’t say enough good stuff about this spot — just so glad to have found them and will be back again soon! I’ll try to take a pic next time! I devoured it too quickly! Thank you!!!

No-nonsense burger and fries with sauce. Everything was delicious and cheaper than 90% of the burger places in town. Add in the super friendly staff, and this place is doing things right.The burger doesn't have any fufu toppings. It's just a well cooked and prepared burger. The fries are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, which is something most places can't get right with large-cut fries. The fries alone are delicious, but smack on some special sauce, and they're sooooo good.I don't need a gold foil-wrapped burger, which I assume other places are serving based on their prices. Just a good, well cooked, well prepared burger/fries for less than $15-$20. And, that's Chow Burger.

The new manager is the sweetest! Old employees and management use to be so rude and awful to customers. Ever since the new manager came in, it’s been phenomenal! If you like home grill style burgers, come to Chow Burger!
