I have always been a huge fan of this place and the staff. Did the sauce or something change? My pepperoni pizza does not taste the same as years ago. I was so excited to get this pizza after years of waiting and it was really disappointing. The staff were terrific and they baked it as soon as i showed up. Sad to say this tasted really weird and sooooo bland đ
So this is really a great place to get a pizza. The pizza here is incredible especially the crust it taste homemade the employees here are so friendly that actually talk to you and ask you how youâre doing and ask you how your weekend is going super super friendly, highly recommend this place Come here just about every week on a Saturday evening to order a pizza to eat with my mom and my spouse so if youâre looking for a good local pizza place, I would definitely give this place a try for someone who hasnât lived in Bend very long. If youâre a newcomer to the area, I would definitely give this place a try highly recommend
The best pizza In Central Oregon by far! Friendly service and quality pizza every time! Thank you Cibelli's for your dedication to quality!
My kid asked me to rate Cibelliâs as he gives them 10 out of 10. I said 5 stars for quality and customer service.
Guys here are great! Friendly, and the the Pizza is deliciously addicting!!
Pizzas were 10 out of 10 delicious, but what impressed me the most was the hospitality of the three gentlemen working behind the counter. Not only did they welcome us with a smile, but they also helped us get our pizzas to our vehicle. Good old fashion service. Bend needs more places like this!
Service is always fast and friendly! Pizza is always consistently delicious! Try the white pie, it is the best!!! The giant size is HUGE. Be prepared to fit the box, and slices are giant, too. Price is a little high, but for good quality pizza, it runs in the same range as everywhere.
Best pizza in town in and out and affordable
Ya to high for a meat lovers pizza $45
Service is kind of slow depending on when you go in food is kind of bland and it's expensive

This the staff here used to be so nice but they just changed now theyâre so rude. I wonder whatâs going on. New ownership? I asked for a side of pineapple for my son and opened the box and pineapple was all over the pizza and I asked why the pineapple was all over the pizza and he said in a very rude tone we are not allowed to give out certain sides.

I was born and raised in Central Oregon and have been driving to get this pizza for as long as I can remember, because itâs delicious and they donât deliver. Also because theyâre always so kind everybody says hi they bring a little bell when you tip. They have the secret garlic love seasoning you canât beat.
But tonight was absurd. Truly unlike anything Iâve ever experienced as far as customer service goes.
I had ordered a pizza with half veggies and pineapple and the other half just cheese an olives with a side of pineapple. I have three boys and one loves pineapple the others like just cheese and olive.
When I get there, they tell me that they donât do sides of pineapple anymore. âTrying to keep things simpleâ.
Iâm in shock. Iâm willing to pay for the pineapple. The whole purpose of buying pizza rather than cooking is to make my Saturday night easy & my kiddos happy.
So I asked if I could just get some cold pineapple on a few pieces. The manager stepped up and said we donât do quarters. I told him that was understandable. Iâd just pay for a whole pizza with pineapple but please to leave two prices without it. He refused. I was in shock.
The young man who was working the register and who took my order was apologetic and kind. The manager, Mike wouldnât make an exception. He said I could wait and order a couple of extra slices! I paid for all the pineapple and according to him it had to go on all the pizza. Iâm a businesswoman and even if I wasnât this made zero sense. I debated on the tip and ended up giving 15%.
I then opened the pizza and took the pineapple off of one piece (one of my twins hates the taste the other one loves it). I should have looked for a trash can but I was honestly so frustrated and wanted to make a point; why canât I either have it on the side or have one piece without it. I sat the few pieces on the counter and started to close the box. Mike picked up the pineapple and threw the dirty 5 pieces on my whole pizza!!!!!!!!
This place used to be the best and even if it was mediocre, as a customer I deserve to have what I ordered and definitely not food thrown on my expensive pizza. Thanks for literally making me cry as my 15 year old whoâs learning to drive, pulls out of the parking lot scared and confused & I go home hoping we donât get the flu. Crazy policy! Crazy behavior! I generally write positive reviews but this was awful. Iâll never go back.

Fantastic pizzas, we order at least twice a month, fresh toppings and nice flavor of red sauce, crust is great also. The staff has always been very polite and professional as well as friendly. My experience has been at the eastside location.

4 slices, 4 Dixie cup drinks....35$ and they expect a tip. Slices were cold with uncooked pepperoni on them. Absolutely disgusting and a waste of money. Next time I'll take my family to Ragenellis. I'm writing this review from the toilet the morning after. Thanks for the diarrhea pizza! A Cibellis specialty!
