You have disgraced Frank cibelli's Name by charging $119 for three pizzas and his ghost will haunt you for the rest of your days with ALL his Italian fire. $119 for three pizzas is absurd..even in this economy.. You are gouging the Bend residence.
The traditional 15% markup that used to be is now dead and so is pizza for the average US consumer. No East coaster would ever charge $119 for three pizzas in ANY economy. Youre a bunch of thieves. Any true Italian would rather uprise against the federal government that in charge more than $2 a slice and you know it. Whats next? Fake meat pizzas? We're doomed.
This markup is a disgrace. The pizza is not that good and its certainly not made in the true East Coast way. Cibelli's has become GREEDY and abandoned traditional respect for pizza culture, all for the sake of pocketing tech bro money in a trend pit.

Rip off. Terrible customer service. $58 for a pizza with barely any toppings! Talked to manager who should have least given us $12 back but he refused and said we would have to call owner. What?! Lost our families business plus the family we shared with who had been great customers. Too many other great pizza places in Bend. The quality and taste were so below par!

We've had this pizza before and it was fine. Tonight we got our pizza home and discovered it was quite burnt on the bottom (we get it, things happen.) The problem was when we called to let them know, rather than doing the right thing and offering a free pizza, a credit, or something, we were told we would have to bring half the pizza back tomorrow and they would refund it. Ridiculous. It's pricey pizza ($62 for a large 3 topping and family sized salad) so we certainly were expecting a better pie and better service.

I don’t understand how I can pay almost $50 for a pizza with barely any toppings on it. I asked for extra and they said that can’t put extra on it because there is too many toppings. But how is this even close to being too many toppings? I personally thinks that this is kinda a rip off. I wish I would have just been able to get my money back and not had this sad looking pizza.

Went there last night. Pizza was ok but customer service / staff were quite rude. They said it would take 30 minutes for pizza - it took over an hour. It was late and our kids were hungry. When we asked the young woman at the cashier how much longer it would be she rolled her eyes, threw up her hands and said one oven was not working. Despite the pizza being ok, we certainly won’t be back because we don’t want to deal with her again,

I just came in to get 2 slices of regular cheese pizza for lunch. I was highly disappointed to see that they gave us two slices of cheese with white sauce instead of the regular red sauce. Not only was the pizza not what I had ordered it was also more expensive. I mentioned that we didn’t order this pizza with the white sauce and no action was taken to fix my order or reimburse me. I did not ask for the white sauce on my pizza nor did they mention anything about, it’s pretty upsetting that I was charged more for something I didn’t order and they did nothing to figure out the issue or solve it.
