We've been loyal customers of Cibellis since 2009. After our last experience, we'll be taking our business elsewhere.
On Nov 17, we ordered a Giant pizza with pepperoni, green pepper, and onion...with mushrooms added to half. The price of this pizza is $42, or thereabouts.
After I paid (and tipped) the employee, I lifted the cover of the box and it was apparent the effort put forth in making our pizza was pretty pathetic.
Rather than belly-aching in the store and making it awkward for the dude who made the pizza--I thought the professional thing to do was send an email from their contact page...assuming this email would reach the right audience (leadership team/owner). Crickets after two weeks.
I then called and spoke to the manager of the Westside location where the pizza was bought--and explained the situation. He was super professional (and empathetic), yet unempowered. He said he would have his boss call me within 24 hours, and nobody ever did. I called the manager two days later and he communicated the same thing. Still no response.
While I'm not looking for handouts or sympathy, we won't support a business whose leadership/owner hides behind email and isn't interested in constructive feedback which enhances the customer experience.
These are the same individuals, who until recently, had a corporate policy that prohibited employees from double-cutting pizzas. The customer can't decide for themselves how they want their pizza cut? Who comes up with these brilliant ideas...

I’ve lived in Bend for 20 years and been a fan of Cibelli’s since then, but the other night I had the best pizza I’ve ever had there. I wish I’d gotten the names of the two boys that were working when I went in and picked it up. This was everything I want in a pizza. Plenty of toppings, the crust was cooked through but bendable and also a little bit crunchy on the edges. Lots of big bubbles around the edges, which I love. Five + stars for this pizza and those young men that made it.

Love there Pizza....the Giant is fantastic for SUNDAY football to feel the group....the thin crust is the best. This is always my go to for PIZZA!

The pizza slices are awesome. I will definitely be back. My only request would be to add a bit of cheese if you request an additional topping on a slice, to melt it together. I added mushrooms to my slice, and they were a tad cold. I'll still be back!
