I think ingredient wise everything is fresh and delicious. However, I will say, I think we need some extra training and how to put toppings on a slice. I came in to get two slices and the toppings were just put on top, no cheese didn’t have enough time to melt so all my toppings just kept falling off as I was eating my slightly warm pizza. Being a New Yorker(yes, another non native in Bend), I like to think I know a thing or two about a good pie. Cibelli's knows how to do it right. The crust taste delicious, while also being the perfect NY slice thickness, it's got a great fold. Yes! I’m not usually impressed by pizza places. This place rocks! The pizza is super delish and the crust is thin with the perfect amount of small crunch. So tasty and so delicious.
