Chicken Parmesan sandwich. Wonderfully constructed cuisine. Actually really good value. Just great. Must try.

Cotto is a must stop for anybody going through Bend. They have delicious food. Our family makes it a point to stop every time we drive through. The sandwiches are to die for. My kids love the cheese fried rice balls! The menu doesn’t disappoint and we have loved the customer service.

I like to think of myself as a sandwich connoisseur—a true scholar of bread and fillings. Sandwiches are my comfort food of choice, with ramen sitting proudly in second place (because sometimes you just need a slurp instead of a bite). The spicy chicken parm from Cotto? Easily one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Honestly, I could eat it every single day and never complain. My only fear is that one day the staff at Cotto will stage an intervention and tell me to branch out.

Saw the hot beef on the menu so I went there to get one, said we don't sell that only randomly once in a while. Suggested pork instead very disappointed and will never go back.

Oh my porchetta sandwich. Total flavor explosion — perfectly crispy, succulent porchetta chunks with sautéed greens and pickled onions on fresh bread. 10/10
Cool place to hang out and have a beer too!

The food cart area is a vibe and the food from Cotto smacks. The full order me and the Mrs. Ordered was the carbonara and pepperoni arancini (Fried rice balls and boy were they tasty) as well as the porchetta and chicken parm sandwiches. Both very flavorful and tasty. We grabbed a cider on tap at the bar by legend cider. A raspberry. Very delicious as well

We tried this place out on a Friday evening and loved every bite! We ordered the cucumber a press salad and the Porchetta Sandwich. The Porchetta Sando was probably the best sandwich I have ever had!

Porchetta, chicken parm, Italian beef (special) were all incredible. I’ll be back for the sausage and peppers as well as all of these again. Carbonara arancini was spectacular and mushroom was delicious too. Looking forward to try the pepperoni and everything else on the menu. Haven’t had zeppoles since my older italian relatives used to make them and love seeing them on the menu! My favorite truck in town.

The chicken parm sando sounded ordinary but Cotto made it special. Very tasty. The scene at Podskis is good to see happening in Bend.

Two really good experiences at Cotto. The operator was very friendly and helpful both times. First tried the arancini and it was great, should've ordered more. The hot beef sandwich was fantastic and one of the best sandwiches I've had in a while. I'll definitely be coming back again.

35 minutes from ordering to get the sandwich, I have never seen such slow service. Food was OK, but for 16$ and over half an hour wait, not worth it at all. Ordered at 345pm, got the food at 421pm. -response to owner, yes today 3/9. Couldn't find a reply button so edited

The hot beef was ok. Really couldn't taste the beef. The pickled veggies overpowered it. Guys were really cool. I think they may have been a little busy. I will try again maybe at a slower time.
