Cotto is a must stop for anybody going through Bend. They have delicious food. Our family makes it a point to stop every time we drive through. The sandwiches are to die for. My kids love the cheese fried rice balls! The menu doesn’t disappoint and we have loved the customer service.

I like to think of myself as a sandwich connoisseur—a true scholar of bread and fillings. Sandwiches are my comfort food of choice, with ramen sitting proudly in second place (because sometimes you just need a slurp instead of a bite). The spicy chicken parm from Cotto? Easily one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Honestly, I could eat it every single day and never complain. My only fear is that one day the staff at Cotto will stage an intervention and tell me to branch...

Oh my porchetta sandwich. Total flavor explosion — perfectly crispy, succulent porchetta chunks with sautéed greens and pickled onions on fresh bread. 10/10
