Good food, good service nice ambiance especially in the Eve when lanterns are lit. Needs the full menu in Oregon and longer hours though.

We had never ate here before. Our waitress was so nice and informative. The food was amazing... the atmosphere was very homey. The store they have attached to the restaurant has all kinds of old memorabilia from your childhood that they sell. Very cool place.

This is the worst breakfast I have had in years. Biscuits were cold and the gravy watered down with no flavor. It was 9am on a Saturday and no one was here should of been a sign to go else where....

We had breakfast here and had a very nice experience. Our waitress was Kristina and we sat down and were promptly served and attended to. Our food was delicious and we were in and out quickly!

Wife always begs me to go whenever we're in a city with one. This was our first stop and it was good. Like most places they were short handed but our waitress was still on top of it. Good food first portions and the kids enjoyed the gift

I love the nostalgic feel of cracker barrel. It gives me a southern feel that remind me of my late grandma. I really can't complain of their food either. It was delicious. I had the rainbow trout and with some lemon on it the trout was amazing! Mac and cheese is great too. The best part you get warm biscuits with honey and butter!! They even have a cute little shop in the front. Will be one of my favorite places to visit from now on when I'm in Bend.

SO DISAPPOINTING. I had previously eaten at a Cracker Barrel in TN. Great on all levels. While traveling with my grandchildren and mom we stopped at this location for breakfast. The ONLY THING pleasant was the sweet lady working in the store area! Out waitress was less than personable, rude, somewhat of an attitude as if she did not want to be there. My granddaughter ordered french toast. All of our meals came out and she said the french toast had to be remade. It finally came as we were done! I had to find her to ask for silverware and napkins for all of us. (There were 2 on the table) The food was cold. My eggs were plated with the whites flipped under the yoke. I ordered over easy- they had been cooked too long (hard). Had I been able to get the waitress's attention I would have sent the entire order for the table back! We would have been better off at McDonald's. The only positive event of the whole experience was the stuffed animals and the cute dress the grandkids got. If You're looking for food, keep going! If you're looking for cute gifts, stop in JUST FOR THE STORE

I am disappointed by this restaurant and suspect that my disappointment may extend to the entire restaurant chain. When I first ate at a Cracker Barrel Old Country Store there were two, sometimes three, large menus with lots of options. Today's menu barely fills four 8.5x11 sheets of paper.* I ordered Mamma's Pancake Breakfast, eggs over medium, with sausage. My wife ordered Fried Chicken. Eggs were closer to over easy than over medium. Sausage was you typical turkey sausage patties, over cooked. The pancakes, by themselves, were excellent but would have been better if the toppings, like cherries, strawberries, and apples, had not been removed from the menu. I ate a piece of my wife's fried chicken. It was over cooked to the point of being hard and dry. When it came time to pay for our meal, there was no one at the registers and another customer was in line ahead of me. I asked the woman seating people if someone was supposed to be working the register. She told me that she was; but, she needed to seat customers first. Shortly, another woman, looking a bit annoyed, came out from someplace behind the counters and took our money. I doubt that we will return to this restaurant. *I believe that one of the quickest ways to kill a restaurant is the turn it over to the finance people. Several years ago, I asked a senior member of the Cracker Barrel staff why my favorite item was no longer on the menu. He told me that corporate had determined that the menu item was not generating enough profit. I assume that is the reason for the shrinking menu.

Place was virtually empty. Service was sub par. Seated ok and took our order. Brought bread and biscuits (very small and looked institutional not fresh baked). Didn't have plates for bread nor did we get napkins. Had to ask someone else for both. No apologies or apparent concern. Food was ok. Small portions and nothing great. Expensive gift shop that happens to offer food in back. No surprise it was not busy. Not impressed.

We usually love Cracker Barrel but this wasn't a good day. The first indication was seeing a sign on the door that this location closes at 6:00PM. Next was the nearly empty dining room. I've never seen so few people inside a Cracker Barrell - I'm not kidding when I say it seemed there were more staff than guests. Some specific issues were the ice tea having that "off" flavor you get when tea sits too long - it definitely wasn't fresh. It also wasn't very sweet for sweet tea and I can usually count on getting some good sweet tea at Cracker Barrel. Our server was pleasant about bringing something else but then never came back to see if we wanted any refills. Next, the chicken was tough, there were pieces I couldn't chew and had to spit out. Finally, I ordered the steamed broccoli and it was barely cooked. It wasn't hot and it was very crunchy. Some people enjoy raw broccoli such as on a veggie tray, I do not, I want my broccoli hot and tender. I will give our server credit: she checked on us a couple of times and happily brought out something when I let her know about the broccoli. Overall, it's not going to stop us from going to Cracker Barrel when we travel but we probably won't choose to visit this location again.

The customer service we received from Kaylan was awful. She had an attitude from the moment we ordered our food. Did not refill our drinks and when i requested a refill she crumpled up my receipt in front of my face and said "then i guess I'll go print you a new receipt" i asked for what and she rudely said they don't do refills on a child's apple juice. Because of her rudeness to crumple up my receipt and have an attitude i declined the juice. I had to ask for a box twice. Just all around a disappointing experience.

Great good, friendly service. A lot of fun stuff to look at in the restaurant, and a store to buy collectibles and souvenirs
