I ordered a California panini and tomato soup from door dash. The sandwich had so much mayonnaise it was almost inedible. I had to pull the sandwich apart to eat it. And it was already soggy by the time it got to me. Not crispy like a panini should be. And it came straight to me. This is the first and last time I will ever order from Croutons. I am so disappointed. I didn’t even eat half the sandwich I paid for. If I wanted a mayonnaise sandwich I would have ordered one!!!

You’d be better off going to Whole Foods salad bar down the road. I ordered the chicken balsamic salad. The chicken was cold and had a bad flavor. The dressing was too sour tasting. I couldn’t even finish my salad, took 3 bites and threw it out. The people who work there are very friendly and the atmosphere is nice, it’s a shame the food isn’t great. Definitely will not be back.

Truly disappointed with my experience at Croutons today. I’ve been a regular since 2017 and have never had a wrong order until now. Not only was my salad made incorrectly, but the greens also looked old and unappealing. I asked for a remake, which they kindly did, but unfortunately, the dressing was still wrong (thankfully, I had asked for it on the side).
Not only was my salad made incorrectly and the greens looked old, but they also brought me a PB&J instead of the macaroni and cheese I ordered. I probably got up three different times to have my order fixed and honestly felt bad, like I was being that annoying customer. It wasn’t even busy either…

What are the amazing restaurant right here in Bend. If you're looking for soup salad and sandwiches this is the perfect place. The perfect price. The perfect menu. There is no wait staff you order at the counter and they bring out your food. And I have no problem with that whatsoever. We weren't there for fine dining. And as we were walking out there was another lady that was mad because she said and I quote. She was so offended and said I'll be darned if I'm going to have to order my own food at a counter. And with that I say lady you were in the wrong place. This is a great place to eat.

If you aren’t a big eater, get the small salad, otherwise it’s huge. Ate here twice and both times, salads were fresh and tasty.
