Update: Elizabeth is the actual best. Just placed another order two weeks later and cookies are perfect! She threw in an extra cookie with my order and a sweet note with it. Her customer service skills are unmatched! I updated the review to 5 stars. We are also celebrating our engagement tonight so that made it extra special for us! Thank you so much!
Honestly, I was about to write a pretty shitty review of this Crumbl. On a few different occasions the cookies were incomplete without the icing and some were severely underdone. On top of that, the customer service when you call to get help with an incomplete order is the worst I’ve ever experienced in Bend. The saving grace for this place is Elizabeth! My order was messed up(again) and I called to see if they could send out the two cookies that were incomplete. The young girl said that she would “check” and meanwhile she chatted with a coworker and suggested I was lying or scraped the icing off myself. The girls name is Kaylee(spelling?) so if you ever get her on the phone expect to be talked about negatively while you’re on hold. This is the second time I experienced that with her. I hung up pretty pissed about how I was just talked to after spending $30 for freaking cookies. Anyway, 30 minutes go buy and Elizabeth shows up at my door with the cookies remade and she apologized and said she wanted to bring them by for us to correct it! Thank you so much Elizabeth! You saved our night and restored our faith in this Crumbl.

The girls quickly realized I wasn't going to order off some stupid screen and quickly came to take my order the old fashioned way. I definitely would leave any establishment before using a screen but the thought didn't even cross my mind here. Awesome service great treats.
