I just got home and discovered half of my delicious $5 cookies are hard and crunchy. Certainly not worth the trip this time! 🥹

The cookies were great but there was a hair in a cookie which I noticed so please just be aware of that

At least 10 customers waiting up front with only three employees in the store. One employee was cleaning even though the store doesn't close for 2 hours, one employee disappeared altogether, and the third was the only one filling orders, unenthusiastically. Didn't greet anyone, ask names or even seem to care. Before I even try the cookies, the chances of returning are slim.

i love crumbl cookie. i have had hit or miss luck with this location. occasionally the cookies are overcooked (especially the darker doughs) and there have been a few times where i have not been acknowledged for 10 minutes waiting for my pickup order to be fulfilled. just young kids working and not carrying about their jobs. but overall, a decent place.
