i love crumbl cookie. i have had hit or miss luck with this location. occasionally the cookies are overcooked (especially the darker doughs) and there have been a few times where i have not been acknowledged for 10 minutes waiting for my pickup order to be fulfilled. just young kids working and not carrying about their jobs. but overall, a decent place.
Cookies are delicious but the customer service was just ok wasn't even noticed when we came in the employees continued chatting with each other despite being the only customer in the place. This was my first time in a Crumble cookie so I needed some explanation of available flavors and the employee was unsure of them as well so not the best service but I will go to Crumble again, because the cookies are really good just probably not that location. Also be prepared to pay...
I’ve been frequenting Crumbl since they opened, and this is one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had! They had my order ready quickly, and the cookies looked truly beautiful. All of the textures and flavors were perfect, and the person serving me was so kind and genuine. Highly recommend!
