So disappointed with this food truck we have been having disappointing meals from them a few times but we went today with some friends and were bummed!! the wings were awful super tiny recooked what looked like a couple of times. They were super nice to get a new order , but really we have to ask ....when clearly they were so below subpar we couldn't believe they even boxed them and sold them to us ugh totally sad!!!!

Wings, double-play burger (in-n-out double double), brisket grilled cheese, pulled pork sandwich, chicken wrap. There are several dishes here that top the best dishes at other food trucks. The only knock to this place is that the fries are consistently stale and over-seasoned to mask it. If their fries start hitting, this is in the immediate discussion for the best food truck in Bend.

I’ve been here a handful of times and it’s always great! I went in tonight 11 minutes before they close (which I was seriously contemplating because I didn’t want to be THAT customer that keeps the staff late) but they said it was alright. Paid for cold fries and burnt wings.

I was in bend from Portland doing deliveries, my buddy recommended this place a couple days prior. He recommended the brisket grilled cheese. It was about 4 miles out of my way this past Wednesday during the snow storm but brisket grilled cheese sounded sooo good & it did not disappoint. It had that melty, cheesy, smokey goodness you would expect. The guy didn't seem happy to be at work. Not friendly at all otherwise this would be a 4.5 star since it is a food truck & yelp wont let me do 1/2 stars. Well done on the food. Great portion excellent taste! I'll be back

This food truck is absolutely amazing I have never been disappointed, the summer salad is my go to but the cilantro lime chicken tacos are bomb and can’t forget the wings bone in and boneless definitely worth the try ! One of my favorites for sure !

Their Thanksgiving takeout plates were awesome! So much food for the price and great smoked flavor in the turkey and gravy especially. On a regular day you can’t go wrong with their brisket & melted cheese sandwich.

The pulled pork sandwich is good but I got the cilantro lime chicken tacos. No taste of lime and no cilantro to be seen. It was just dried chicken and cheese. I was hoping the fries were better but they were stale and kinda powdered in my mouth just like the chicken. It was a sad lunch for me.

Thank you for your awesome Thanksgiving plates this year! We just finished eating and everything was soooo delicious! Since it was just the two of us, we were trying to figure out which to-go Thanksgiving dinners would be best and Curb BQ was worth it!
OK so I have been in the business, I know that on a Sunday I should not expect a lot, but at 6 pm I see the steam table turned off the product in 1/3 pans on the counter. I have been there I get it, but, from that point forward they made no attempt to do anything. The fries were maybe sitting under a warmer at best, the rest of the food was Luke warm, coupled with near freezing bbq sauce that wasn't great, although acceptable the only thing that saved anything was the fact I only spent $15, And to the owners, stop saving a few penny on shoulder and but a butt

I’ve ordered here many times and usually it’s pretty decent. Today I ordered a double burger and the meat was not cooked all the way a bit raw in the middle which left it soggy. Customer service was also not the best. I understand they are kids but it’s not too hard to be polite. I also ordered a summer salad but the meat was just full of fat. Made it hard to enjoy.

Someone needs to learn how to season, cook, cut, and serve their brisket … this was flavorless cut with a hack saw and giant chunks of brisket served … definitely keep it off your menu if this is what you consider quality …Edit: based on the owners response he clearly does not have a clue and clearly does not care about the quality he is serving just trying to score a quick buck... what a shame.. if he had any passion it was gone long ago
