We came here for breakfast and were seated right away with almost no wait time. Our order was taken about 10 minutes later, which was reasonable. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing — the meat was dry, the toast was burnt, and the eggs were overcooked. The only things I enjoyed were the potatoes and the tea. That said, the atmosphere is lovely. The restaurant is located right on the riverbank, which makes for a beautiful and relaxing setting.

There was only about a 15-minute wait. The restaurant’s decor is beautiful and clean. The staff are prompt, courteous, and know the menu well. I sat in the bar near the window and had the most wonderful young lady as my bartender and server. She knew her wine and was truly interested in my opinion. As for the food...it was phenomenal. I had the Trout, and it was so good! It's rare that you find a chef who can do fish well. This Trout was amazing. The pickled red onions...

I end up at Currents for happy hour/apres ski a lot (of which they have a fantastic selection for both $10 dishes - one is an enormous salad - and HH drinks). The food and river views are consistently good, service can be a little less so (that being said, the last few times I’ve been in our server has been top notch).

Most recently, I received a gift card and opted to eat a full dinner (since it is pricey), and was absolutely blown away. The black cod appetizer...
