Worst $7 burger I've ever had! The patty was burnt to charcoal. It was dry as straw. I was starving after running errands all day and stopped to grab something quick. Go to Carl's Jr or any place else. I took out the burger and threw it in their trash, ate the bun because I was so hungry!

I'm a bit of a DQ connoisseur, and I do grade them on a curve because you know what you're agreeing to when you go to DQ. With that said, I've visited many dozens of DQs all over the country, and this one is one of the worst.
The service is simply terrible. I really can't recall employees at a fast service restaurant being as visibly disinterested, bordering on antagonistic, as I saw here. Now, even if the employees are low effort, the food typically makes up for it. Not so here. The fries were clearly not fully cooked -- I saw two patrons have to take theirs back to the counter -- while the chicken strips were actually overdone.
In my case, I placed an order via the DQ app and waited to either hear my name called or to see in the app that the order was ready. Neither had happened after ~15 minutes, so I was finally able to catch the attention of a worker who had my bag of food sitting right there the whole time. Of course, the sundae was well on its way to melting by then.
All of this can be chalked up to poor management. If a DQ franchisee wants to run a solid business, they know the steps that are necessary to do it. This one isn't taking those steps.

Order 3 large blizzards last night and waited for a long time and they all were not made correctly and whipped up how a blizzard is supposed to be. The toppings were hard and crunchy and the rest was vanilla ice cream. I’ve been trying to reach the restaurant for a day and they don’t answer their phone. I won’t be back or recommend them. I’ll contact my credit card company..

They didn’t give us what we ordered, they didn’t give us sauce that we asked for, the food taste old, this Dairy Queen is the worst, and to keep it going are ranch was chunky and gross, I will Never be coming back to this place, I paid $30 for food and it wasn’t worth it..

Very long wait. Order wasn't correct and took multiple attempts to correct. Manager was unavailable. No attempt to make the experience any better was offer than sorry for the delay. Absolutely awful experience.

6pm on Sunday and the doors are closed!!! Not the fist time like this either! Hate using drive through because your ice cream is melted by the time you reach the window.
Today we had an absolutely deplorable experience at dairy Queen I would highly advise avoiding... The service at the counter was so bad one of the guests apologized to me when I went back to sit. The order was messed up several times and I realized there was a lot of difficulties asked for clarification and a repeating of the order and the order was still messed up, food was dropped on the floor several times in route to delivery, I could go on but I think you get the picture.. also the clerk insisted that the value meal upgrade of a $2 blizzard is for a mini despite the sign indicating that it is a small highly dubious at best

We waited in the drive thru line for 34 minutes. The woman making our dipped cone kept dropping it in the chocolate and eventually just gave up and/or forgot without telling us. We drove away without the cone.
