About a month ago I ordered a burger, fries, and soft drink.. But when I went to get my food they said they were out of "all of that". Unfortunately, I decided to give this place another try tonight. We waited over 30 minutes in the drive through and then did not get our entire order. When we let them know they said they were "out of the rest of the order".

Don’t even bother going here. I live right next to it so I go here often to get a quick bite and every single time I go they mess up my order and I wish I was over exaggerating. They are so stingy with the fry sauce. I just went and asked for a chicken strip basked and I got potatos ? How hard is it to make food and we are the only ones in line. 5 people working and it takes over 10 minutes to get food absolutely ridiculous I would talk to the district manager if I could because the service is the absolute worst in all of bend . I would give zero stars if I could because 9 time out of 10 they will mess up your food !

This place is TERRIBLE. Absolutely awful everytime I've been there. First time I went, the line was super long. We didnt know why but just dealed with it. We were waiting for 45+ mins and when we got up to order, they were braindead and were convinced they didn't have pepsi after we ordered pepsi. Second time, we walked in and there were people walking around in the back doing absolutely nothing. We waited for help but nobody came. We asked one of the workers in the back and he said he would go find somebody. NOBODY CAME. Then finally, a guy came out after 20 min and it was his first day. He was the only one who knew how to do anything and was very frustrated with all his co workers. The third and most recent, we walked in and again nobody was there. There was nobody in sight. Then after 10 mins, 2 guys walked in from outside and started yelling at us about how they needed mandatory breaks. We left. I hate this store more than anywhere and will never go back again.

Update; spent all day trying to call the store. No one answers. Stop by on the way home from work around 9 to find the store "closed" again. Even though I could hear people in the store having a party in the back. DQ, do you know your employees milk the clock & steal from your customers?

Placed an online order at 9:30p, tried to pickup at 9:45 but staff decided they didn't want to work. Didn't answer their call box or come to the window. Just stared at me from inside. Tried calling and they just kept hanging up on me.

I took my grandkids in for a late lunch today. I was happy with how we were greeted and the PIC did a great job taking our order. We sat down and as we waited for our food, my grandkids and the other young man we had with us were commenting on how many potty words the employees, including the PIC were using. I did get up and asked them to stop, but they did not. I am an adult and can ignore that, but I do not expect to hear that kind of language in a business where kids are welcomed. I wish we would have not stopped there to eat, it was embarrassing.

Literally need to fix your machines. Do better , we don’t need to be stopping at your store to be told that you are out or the machines aren’t working. You make plenty of money to DO BETTER

I ordered in the app. This was the first time I'd ordered in the app. I got text stating they were starting my order, but the order was cancelled because they were out of one item I had ordered. I wasn't given any notification via text that this had occurred and no one acknowledged us. If they notify you that they are starting your order through text, they should let you know it's cancelled through text also so you don't stand around waiting. Finally an employee asked what we needed after 13 minutes. With her help we realized that the order has been cancelled. We placed another order and it was filled quickly. I realized the fries were cold before we even left the parking lot. I reheated them when we got home, but the order, over all was not good. Poor service, poor communications, poor food quality.

I usually have a good experience going through the drive through but when I’ve gone through later at night always before 10 pm when the sign and online says they close at 10 come 9:45-9:50 no one responds to me or will try to take my order
