Just got back from Hawaii a week ago and craved shaved ice. This place came highly recommended by friends and I'm so glad I went! Our new family favorite spot ? the guy who took our order was very polite and told us how he loves his job which was very refreshing!

Seems like the employees have no idea what they’re doing. No clear process for ordering. Asked each person in our group what size and flavors repeatedly and still managed to mess them up. By the time I got mine it was pretty much a syrup and ice soup not edible.

Best shaved ice! Love that they offer complimentary ice cream, sweet cream and/or sour spray. The Honeydew flavor is insane but the Guava, coconut and Li Hung Mui are also delicious! Friendly staff too!
