I got the P3 Pho with round steak and lean brisket. It was everything I needed on a chilly fall day. The broth was clean tasting and the noodles werent over cooked. My only regret is I forgot to take a picture

The quality has gone down as well as cleanliness. This is the second time I found hair in my food. And it's not just one. It's multiple.

After spending 6 weeks in Vietnam we were curious how it was gonna be. We ordered Bun Bo Hue and Pho and it was incredibly good. Fast service, delicious food.

I’ll say no matter who you are expect poor service. I’m a delivery driver and had one of the rudest interactions I’ve had working this job. I arrive and try to let someone know I’m there for the food. It’s not untypical to wait a few minutes and that’s built into our times. I was told to sit and motioned as if I was a customer after seeing my app clearly for the name of the person I was delivering for. After 10 minutes and already going past my pickup time, I asked the older gentleman who appeared to be running things how much long the wait would be. I usually like to let my customers know how long and it also helps me gauge how to handle the order. At first he didn’t even recognize that he had just talked to me and asked if I called in an order. After reminding him I was waiting to pickup for a customer I was told it would be out when it’s ready and that I just needed to wait.

After that interaction and watching him deliver the wrong bowl of soup to a table and have to walk it back to the kitchen, I could tell that this was a pretty unprofessional operation and things weren’t being taken seriously. When he started to have a tone with me that I needed to wait and implying that I was being pushy, I replied ā€œwait? You forgot that I was waiting. I was just asking.ā€ Instead of apologizing for the wait or see to it that they had more lead time to make the order on their end (which they can do and are supposed to be trained to do), he just goes ā€œwhateverā€¦ā€ as if I’m the most annoying thing in his day.

I’ll say as a potential customer that things are not managed well there and that will come out in your food as I saw others experience even while I was waiting. As a delivery driver all I can say is that it’s manipulative to make drivers wait longer than you report to the delivery platforms to boost your delivery numbers. It hurts drivers when you expect us to wait 15-30 minutes even before time it takes to deliver for $6 when the terms of these platforms is that you’ll have the food ready for the driver. That’s grossly subminimum wage here and I still ha e to deliver the food on top of that. Before these delivery platforms existed a business like this would have to keep someone paid on the clock to go run these meals to customers. Yet when they have a free-to-the-business platform come in all of the sudden they want to abuse the very people doing the work and representing their business to their customers? Unprofessional at the very least. I unassigned that order and will never enter this business again for any reason.
