I got the P3 Pho with round steak and lean brisket. It was everything I needed on a chilly fall day. The broth was clean tasting and the noodles werent over cooked. My only regret is I forgot to take a picture

Best Vietnamese place I've been to in Bend so far. Casual, laid back atmosphere, fair prices. Best bun bo hue I've had compared to at least 2 other Vietnamese establishments in this city.

One of the best dishes I've ever had my life is the vegetarian crispy egg rolls and pan cubed lemongrass tofu. The freshness of the basil and beansprouts combined with the amazing sauce and outstanding egg rolls are something I crave all the time. I only get it occasionally now that I have moved about 30 miles from Bend, but that makes it even more special when I have the chance to enjoy it.
