Hands down the best restaurant in Bend. The menu is seasonal and thoughtful and every dish is so interesting and flavorful. The cocktail menu is so varied and haven’t tried a single thing that I didn’t love. Serena is an amazing server and bartender, she’s so chill and knowledgeable and her enthusiasm is infectious.
There were some wonderful hits, but some misses as well. The dumplings and the salmon crudo were stunning and delicious, a must try. The entrees however were both a bit too salty and ended our dinner on a low note. We ordered the chicken and the scallops. The scallops were cooked perfectly and had great flavors, but we couldn't stomach the prosciutto. There's no denying it - this place is amazing. The food is always top notch and I love how often items are rotated on and off the menu. It's a new experience each time we go.
