“I suppose I can be picky when it comes to Asian fusion food; sadly, I become easily disappointed when authenticity is lost. So for me personally, the dumplings here aren't my favorite, but I see the appeal in this place due to their creative offerings and a cool atmosphere very representative of Bend. In addition, they do well at what they do. They're not misrepresenting themselves as you can see by their funny name. They put a good amount of ginger in the pork wontons, but there isn't a huge amount of other Asian flavor in them. The wrappings feel a bit thicker and blander than in Asian restaurants. They have a tasty regular size pork bao although it also doesn't taste like what I am accustomed to. My partner enjoys the dumplings a lot. I'm glad they have mini dessert dumplings that are unique and tasty, which I did enjoy. Service is nice and fast, and the place is clean and fun.“
