worker was rude and overworked!
Said it was ready and i went in to pick it up and they told me it wouldn’t be ready for another 30 minutes. I’m thoroughly disappointed. It’s dominos. How hard can it be??

I have made several orders, and each time, I have several items missing in my order. It is almost impossible to get them to answer the phone, let alone try to call to fix the order. I tried to call, and literally, it stayed ringing for 2hrs. I even tried calling multiple times throughout the day and nothing. They literally ignore the phones, I had to physically walk in to get the attention of the employees to order. It was terrible and very unprofessional. Trying to order online is pointless, it cost so much more to attempt to do so. You might as well drive and go out to a high-end restaurant. It'd be faster even. Dang. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this is the only restaurant in all of Bend OR that I've even had problems with. It's sad because I love Dominos so so much.

Two orders completely messed up. first order said it didn't exist when I entered my phone number so i order again. Second order never arrives. I was charged twice. When i went into the store the lady behind the counter assured me she would take care of it, she did not. I go in again , the gentlemen says he will remedy the situation. He does. I go in a third time and the shift manager ignores me. They are stealing my money. Do not support this terrible establishment. order # 819.

Do not order food from this dominos. The employees are pretty much incapable of keeping this place functioning. Pizza was hours late and cold and nobody would answer the phone.

Dominos Do Better. Be prepared to Wait a Very Long time even if you pick up.

Pizza was Lukewarm,
they forgot the dipping sauce..
Would also like my money back but that would consist of someone actually answering there phone.. 🤷🏻♂️

So totally inconsistent in quality and timeliness. When I tried to call about a late order; they didn't even answer their phone for over an hour. When I did get a hold of someone, she was rather rude. She let loose with three excuses. Then said "Its not like it's just sitting there getting ruined." I threw the ruined pizza away away when arrived two hours late.

Everytime I order I get the wrong size pizza or missing ingredients than try to call there location and the phone just rings. Just wish I could get what I paid for. Driver was kind

Bend, Oregon store. I was told I was out of their delivery area. 2.6 miles, an 8 minute drive. Was told to talk to the driver about special handling for a cash fee since I was "so close" to being inside the delivery zone The staff of the hotel I was staying at told me they ordered Domino's regularly without paying extra cash "fees" I ordered pizza elsewhere and reported them to corporate. Scammers working the phones there.
