So totally inconsistent in quality and timeliness. When I tried to call about a late order; they didn't even answer their phone for over an hour. When I did get a hold of someone, she was rather rude. She let loose with three excuses. Then said "Its not like it's just sitting there getting ruined." I threw the ruined pizza away away when arrived two hours late.

Everytime I order I get the wrong size pizza or missing ingredients than try to call there location and the phone just rings. Just wish I could get what I paid for. Driver was kind

Bend, Oregon store. I was told I was out of their delivery area. 2.6 miles, an 8 minute drive. Was told to talk to the driver about special handling for a cash fee since I was "so close" to being inside the delivery zone The staff of the hotel I was staying at told me they ordered Domino's regularly without paying extra cash "fees" I ordered pizza elsewhere and reported them to corporate. Scammers working the phones there.

Preordered pizza 2 hours in advance, delivered an hour late. Delivery drive was very friendly, apologetic and understanding.

But I’m write because the pizza under cooked, had cut marks but nothing was sliced, and cold.
Just bummed 👎

Driver went to wrong place and had to compleatly reorder the meal my coworker made the first order and he went to the wrong place so she ran next door she flashed her light he drove off past our work sign and I placed an order he called back and said he will be back my order was more expensive than hers even though it was the same exact thing

Ordered pizza. tracker said it was delivered so we called the driver said he delivered it clearly he did not we were arguing with him trying to explain we have a sign 4 foot tool with address at the end of our driveway. When someone called and said they got my pizzas.not even on the right street! Horrible service no apology will never order from them again that's the way to put yourself out of business

the phones ring nonstop and we are literally watching all 5 workers ignore the phones ringing in the waiting room. the wait time is 2+ hours and they have a handwritten sign up front to tell people. somebody get this place under control
