Honest Opinion

Giant bubbles in the dough means it isn’t fresh! I ordered online through the app and these folks still can’t get it right. I watched the tracker to the end and somehow my order is magically gone upon my arrival. Dec 4 10 pm.

Very disappointed I wish I could upload this picture of my lame pizza.............. Round 15 with Domino's....... That was my last review I'm adding to it because tonight which has been probably months since I've ordered Domino's Pizza just because of the last time they get my order incorrect again and I call and was transferred to three different people who kept giving me a ride around telling me they won't fix my pizza it took me calling back multiple times and speaking with multiple people to explain how this is not my fault and the pizza should be remained I just don't understand whatever happened to Great customer service? What happened to making our customers satisfied? What happens to quality? What happened to taking pride in our jobs in the food that we put out? Update: they are going to send out a new pizza

Said it was ready and i went in to pick it up and they told me it wouldn’t be ready for another 30 minutes. I’m thoroughly disappointed. It’s dominos. How hard can it be??

I have made several orders, and each time, I have several items missing in my order. It is almost impossible to get them to answer the phone, let alone try to call to fix the order. I tried to call, and literally, it stayed ringing for 2hrs. I even tried calling multiple times throughout the day and nothing. They literally ignore the phones, I had to physically walk in to get the attention of the employees to order. It was terrible and very unprofessional. Trying to order online is pointless, it cost so much more to attempt to do so. You might as well drive and go out to a high-end restaurant. It'd be faster even. Dang. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this is the only restaurant in all of Bend OR that I've even had problems with. It's sad because I love Dominos so so much.

Two orders completely messed up. first order said it didn't exist when I entered my phone number so i order again. Second order never arrives. I was charged twice. When i went into the store the lady behind the counter assured me she would take care of it, she did not. I go in again , the gentlemen says he will remedy the situation. He does. I go in a third time and the shift manager ignores me. They are stealing my money. Do not support this terrible establishment. order # 819.
