The dumplings really are phenomenal. Also, we showed up 5 minutes before closing (they recently changed their hours so we had no idea). Staff were very friendly and never made us feel bad for placing a large order at closing time
Love this place! My favorite dumpling is the Chinese Pork. The sauces are so yummy! Looking forward to my next visit to try the mini Lamb dumplings. Happy to live in the neighborhood so I can walk or ride my bike there often! They’re also at the NWX Farmer’s Market on Saturdays and most local events like the Munch & Music summer concert at Drake park on Thursday evenings. Delicious, great quality dumplings!

The service was wonderful. The food was okay. I love me a good dumpling. It's great how the dough holds such great flavors. These guys have good dough but the flavors inside simply weren't great. The rice wasn't even very sticky. Overall the food was pretty disappointing but the sweet chili sauce was pretty good. There's no reason for me to return when there's better food elsewhere.

I was under the assumption that this place had ample vegan options, when in reality they only had a few. Tried the pad thai dumpling which was honestly not good, no flavor, I don't even know how they can call that pad thai. The mushroom wontons were mediocre, the green beans were okay, but the only stand out were the sichuan edamame. Also tried the thai salad with tofu and it tasted off, way too salty and acidic. To be honest, everything was insanely salty. I should've read the previous review and skipped this place, so if you want to try this place please read these reviews and do the same. 😭 Updated from previous review on 2025-06-11

They have a dumpling flight with all 9 flavors, which you can get steamed or fried. 'nuff said.
Tried Dump city dumplings at the James Taylor concert for the first time. I dont understand the hype. I was completely expecting to blown away. I wasn’t I ate the pizza one because I was hungry but there wasn’t a decent sauce to go with it. I tried a bite of the pork but there was a seasoning in that was just overpowering the other flavors.

Dumplings were not good....the Philly cheese steak was average at best. Extremely disappointed. 😞
If you come here you NEED to try the coconut lime peanut sauce. I have genuinely never looked forward to a sauce so much.
