Everything we tried was incredible! I cannot recommend the Asian wonton nachos enough, that crispy pork ?

the filling was somehow both slimy and extremely dry, the dough was slimy and tough, the “sauce” was just oil? i’m extremely unimpressed especially for the price.

I suppose I can be picky when it comes to Asian fusion food; sadly, I become easily disappointed when authenticity is lost. So for me personally, the dumplings here aren't my favorite, but I see the appeal in this place due to their creative offerings and a cool atmosphere very representative of Bend. In addition, they do well at what they do. They're not misrepresenting themselves as you can see by their funny name. They put a good amount of ginger in the pork wontons, but there isn't a huge amount of other Asian flavor in them. The wrappings feel a bit thicker and blander than in Asian restaurants. They have a tasty regular size pork bao although it also doesn't taste like what I am accustomed to. My partner enjoys the dumplings a lot. I'm glad they have mini dessert dumplings that are unique and tasty, which I did enjoy. Service is nice and fast, and the place is clean and fun.

I came here while visiting Bend and decided to try a few different things. I was especially excited for the classic pad Thai dumpling, but sadly, it was quite bland. I had to use some of their coconut lime peanut sauce (which was delicious) to add a little flavor to it, but I felt like the dumpling should have been able to hold its own without a condiment. The kung pow dumplings (one of the specials) were a little better, but definitely benefitted from the sauce as well. The cucumber salad was actually the best thing I ate here. It was very flavorful and not spicy at all. Honestly, the food was kind of all over the place in terms of taste. Nothing was bad, just the stuff that was very flavorful (cucumber salad and coconut lime sauce) was amazing, while the dumplings were just kind of meh. I would definitely go here again and try some of the other options, or perhaps go with fried instead of steamed dumplings next time.
Love love love this place! Servers were absolutely awesome! Did was unique and delicious!

We ordered the crab rangoons, a pizza dumpling, a pork dumpling, the Thai Herb salad, and a teriyaki sandwich. This was a good amount for two people. The crab rangoons and the Thai salad were excellent. The teriyaki sandwich and pork dumpling were very good. As others have pointed out, the pizza dumpling seems to be a melted cheese bao- good but not very pizza like. They have a very good selection of dipping sauces, some of which are available for purchase. They also have frozen dumplings (bao) available for purchase.
Parking: Parking can be a challenge. It's street parking and there are a number of popular restaurants and pubs in this area.

The waitress mixed up our orders and gave our food to someone else. Instead of cooking up a new order to replace our food, we had to pay one more time for the same food we didn't get. Extremely weird. It tasted good but definitely not worth a visit for that kind of customer service.

$5 per dumpling is steep for what they serve. My pork dumplings definitely could've had more flavor; I thought they were bland.

Definitely check these guys out in Bend! Super friendly staff and tons of good dumplings. We ate at their food truck at the bottom of Mt. Bachelor and it was so hot and tasty on a cold snowy day. 5 stars for sure

Bao buns, not dumplings and there wasn’t enough flavor imo. $5 a dumpling not worth the price

Don't skip it, you'll be sad. Over the years it has just gotten better! The dumplings are amazing, the wontons are awesome, and the sticky rice was a huge hit.
