I came here while visiting Bend and decided to try a few different things. I was especially excited for the classic pad Thai dumpling, but sadly, it was quite bland. I had to use some of their coconut lime peanut sauce (which was delicious) to add a little flavor to it, but I felt like the dumpling should have been able to hold its own without a condiment.
