This location was disappointing. The person taking our order was being kind of passive aggressive to us. Which took us by surprise. We ordered a boba drink & it didn’t come with boba. The raspberry lemonade just tasted like lemonade. Their lemonade is good regardless, so it was yummy :)
Friendliness is what used to draw me to Dutch Bros. I probably won’t come back to this location.

I frequent Dutch Bros. whenever I go out to run errands, so at least 2 times a week. My only complaint is that they do not have enough flavored syrups and it gets boring. I would love to see them bring back Brown sugar cinnamon and Gingerbread and add some new flavors like cheesecake; tiramisu, shortbread, pistachio, winter spice, salted honey and bourbon caramel. After all, variety is the spice of life.

A good work like Nicholas they’re never gonna find with his good positive attitude, always bringing cheer full of drinks to your car and a assistant manager like CADENCE with such a disgusting attitude like hers, she shouldn’t be allowed to be even promoted to assistant manager. She was rude, trying to listen into the conversation. Nicolas was trying to half with a customer like if it was any of her business what he was saying to the customer, it’s such a disgrace that Dutch Bros does this type of stupidity at their locations.
