This is has happend multiple time to me and my friends here where the line just takes long that it probably should Today there was 4 cars in front of us and still took 20 mins to get to the window, and the time before over 30 mins- not to mention the other 7 cars that pulled in behind us and no one ever seems to come out and take orders like other Dutch bros in town I don’t know if it’s because they don’t want to be cold but it tends to make the lines go by way faster Just a little ridiculous they need more staff at this location

Dropped by at 3 PM on a Friday afternoon. The line was about seven cars deep. It took us thirty minutes to get to the front of the line. When we asked as to how long it would take to make a medium cold brew and a medium hot latte, we were informed it would be five minutes as they had to "draw the espresso".
We said no thank you, thinking of those still behind us, and left without anything.
I've been to other Dutch Bros in Redmond and Medford, with the identical order. It did not take five minutes. This is especially questionable as we observed no less than three people working. In fact, one of them came out and took orders from the line but stopped short of our car.
Our impressions of the other locations remain great, but this one is a total meltdown clown show in our experience. Dutch Bros' business model is based on drive-through, fast service, and simple drinks. Thirty minutes for seven cars is not a good showing.

I'm not sure if it's this stand in particular but dutch bros coffee is trash now. The past few times I've gone through this location, my drink just tates like milk with a splash of watered down coffee. It's like the baristas are lazy don't pull the shots right and it's kind of a disappointment considering how expensive their drinks are and that they always ask for a tip on top of that. By the looks of this review section, it doesn't seem like the company cares about this type of feedback considering every response is an obvious copy and paste telling people to email headquarters about their concerns. I don't think I'll be back here again.

The lil gal working at the window was adorable and this oat milk latte is perfect.
Staff is nice, as always! Very unique drinks, but the rebels definitely have more caffeine than expected. I guess that's the point, but it affects the flavor a bit. Anyways, I definitely suggest stopping by if you want something interesting to drink! The lines in the morning are pretty long, but they take care of people relatively fast, so it's not too long of a wait.

My main Dutch is on highway 20 and the drive through takes too long from conversations. I work across the street and I took longer than expected to get back to work because of it. Nice people though but they need to go inside for a friendly conversation not hold up the drive through.

The food is good, but nothing necessarily groundbreaking. Staff is always super nice and welcoming, as well as helpful. Not much to say about the atmosphere since it's basically just a drive-thru but it's clean and no litter on the road, I guess. However I do recommend!

Does anyone listen? Out of the 9 different people I interact with, I ask for a medium size basic drick right? And what do I get ... Always a small and charged for a medium. After 7 times of going back in... Am I on some type of list? I've have them reiterate that I'm wanting a medium and still get a small?
