🤮I usually visit Dutch Bros regularly and have always enjoyed their coffee. However, on Sunday, December 14th, around 7:54 PM to 7:58 PM, I had a very unpleasant experience at the drive-thru.
There was a car in front of me with what seemed like a girl talking for a long time to the staff member at the window. She had a dog in the back seat, and the window was open for the dog. The employee actually gave the dog a treat in a cup, and then the dog started licking the employee’s hand directly after he finished giving the treat.
This was honestly really gross to me. I was next in line, and knowing that the same employee whose hand was just licked by a dog was about to prepare my coffee and put the lid on my cup made me feel pretty disgusted. I ended up just rolling up my window and leaving without ordering anything.
I’ve been a loyal customer, but after seeing that level of lack of hygiene, I’m seriously reconsidering returning to this location. It’s just unsanitary, and I felt really uncomfortable.

Employees are very friendly! However I think they need some more staffing. Line is always astronomical and takes an excessive time to get through. Mostly makes drinks right, often will get toppings not requested or iced instead of blended.

The two gentleman working around 5pm this evening (9/22) were so sweet and easy to talk to! I used to work at Dutch many moons ago and they reminded me of the OG dutch culture :) my coffee was perfect and the conversation was effortless and natural!
