Coffee is very good, service is not. I go here all the time. New crew needs some customer service training!
I will say do NOT follow the painted lines If you do people cut in front of you and the manager is ok with that.
I was told they cannot ask people not to cut. My time is more important than money, but they will give you a free drink if you let people cut.
I love Dutch Bro’s but I wanted to ask why when I order drinks, especially kids drinks, they aren’t even filled up all the way? Frustrating when I pay a premium price for a full drink and I only get 3/4 of a drink??? I asked the barista about it and she was not happy at all with me questioning it. She said that was how she was taught to make the drinks. She also said she couldn’t take it back and I then asked if she could make me a new one that was full and she did it...read full review
