I always love Dutch and the workers are always friendly but as this location they had the music up so loud they couldn’t even hear what anyone was saying and got me and my mom’s orders both wrong. Asked for vanilla blackberry rebel and only got vanilla. My mom asked for 16oz and they gave her the smallest size. Asked for 2 straws and got 1 . Not very happy about this experience at this location.

I usualy dont like dutch too much because a lot of the coffee and stuff tastes the same and is too sweet... however, i asked some very polite guy by the name of blake for a reccomendation, and he knew exactly how to handle it, provided a whole list and everything. Props bro. Best drink ive had from dutch in a long while! One darn good lemonade

8-14-24. Seriously guys, how hard is it to make a blended chai? Is there a recipe you follow or do you make it up new each time? Today my medium blended chai was ice and milk with maybe a tablespoon of chai concentrate added. It was very white in color and very bland in taste. I think the young man who made my blended chai was way too interested in the new cute girls he was training to pay attention to my drink.
Original review: While this is my favorite Dutch Bros location in Bend due to its proximity to South bound 97, it has been missing the mark lately. I actually find myself skipping Dutch Bros altogether when I leave town for home. Tonight I had a blended chai that tasted like very slightly sweet milk. Kinda like maybe the chai carton was almost empty but they didn't feel like opening another one. The blended chai I got the time before this didn't taste like their regular brand. The time before that I got a hot chai that was barely warm. I like getting a drink before my hour long trip home but am tired of feeling like I spent a lot of money for a not great drink.

Love the protein coffees and rebel drinks. My dog loves to get a pup cup from them too. Really friendly staff and fast service.
was super unhappy w this trip. the girl cut me off while ordering and just told me my total after one drink, two of my drinks had soft top and they both had red stuff inside the soft top, and one of them all of the chocolate was completely unmixed in at the bottom.

None there worker how to make a picture perfect the way people ask them to. They always hands back to my 72yr old mom and she doesn't go anywhere else, so let's say she hasn't been happy with them in quite a while.. so I think some on the spot test should be done give it a small bonus to Whomever can do it CORRECTLY ?
