I hate to give a not-so-great review to a local business. Their salsas were good, as was the atmosphere, though they don't control that. Every other aspect was pretty bad. The quesadilla was like something a toddler would make in a microwave. The sour cream was in a liquid form. The service was not at all friendly. And, it was pricey for what I got.
Pretty huge portions on the nachos, A+ for value there that's for sure.The pastor was probably a 7 out of 10, but I'm just glad to see more people serving it because its not easy to make (assuming they are making real pastor and not adobada). Carnitas were easily my favorite, and despite this being a food truck with limited resources, the salsa was pretty well crafted to compliment everything I tried with it.
