Tacos de Asada were delicious! Homemade tortillas and meat was well cooked and seasoned. Salsas were just right, not super spicy with a great flavor. Good size tacos. Highly recommend!

Stopped in here on a random visit to Bend. I had an amazing Al Pastor burrito. One of the best I've had. The salsa (both red and green) were great without being overly spicy. If you're in the area this food truck is worth a stop

I had shrimp tacos there twice. Both times the food was fresh. Especially the cilantro, onion, and lime. I can get full on two shrimp tacos for $9.

It's was good. Texture said they don't cook meat often and probably do a morning batch to beat the heat. Overall decent food but I wouldn't call it anything more than good. I believe a good burrito this size should be about 7.50 and I paid double that. If you have money to spend and want a decent meal I would go here.

In my 8 years living in Oregon I have searched high and low for the best, most authentic, burrito. I have finally found it. El Taquero provides a satisfying, filling, flavorful, and high quality burrito. It balances the fillings well and stuffs it all into a fluffy and soft yet crisp tortilla. The slab of high quality Mexican cheese adds a subtle cheesiness to the meal without overwhelming you. The meat is filling, tender, and lovely. I would come back every day if I could.
I will return for the tacos, which I have no doubt are also illuminating.
