Absolutely wonderful food and easily some of the best Mexican food in central Oregon. I couldn’t believe how flavorful the chicken was and I had to go back within the week to try the quesotacos. The agua frescas are also delicious. Very kind owners.

One of the best spots in town. Always come here for comfort food. Amazing mulitas, vampiros, tacos, burritos — the pastor is delicious... the queso birria as well. Been eating here for years, since they opened — the quality has never wavered. Go buy some goodies from Colima and support the market while you wait.

It's a food truck tucked away in an alley out of view from the main intersection. They boast a super simple menu, and they deliver every time. I know it's authentic because I watch the Señora make fresh tortillas while she is bustling through the kitchen, whipping up my order. Might I also recommend asking about the Agua Fresca's. They change often, and I've never been disappointed.

The combination of juicy meat and melted cheese, dipped in steaming consume, makes every bite is simply irresistible. Beyond the quesotacos, they offer a variety of other delicious dishes that are equally fantastic.
Their agua frescas are a must-try too, freshly made daily and the perfect complement to any meal.
Hansel and Hannah, the owners, are amazing as well as their lovely staff members. They're not only friendly and hospitable but also incredibly efficient—having your order ready in no time.
If you're passing through Bend, do yourself a favor and be sure to stop by El Taquero. You won't regret it!
