Love their food. Used to eat there every week. What a shock when I showed up Tuesday to have a fantastic meal and found them to be now closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Please go back to your old hours so I can eat there again. As always, Mondays and Tuesdays are my only days off.

It is 430 am and I’m writing a review before my next episode of vomiting. Maybe the wings are good, but the salad has had me throwing up since midnight.

We went in for a quick meal. The food was good, served quickly and fast. The only complaint is the person behind the counter. They definitely gave the impression they didn't want to be there that evening. While the forced smile was there, their other actions spoke differently. Hopefully we just caught them on a bad night.

I’d recommend checking out Northwest Wing Shop instead.
I’ve been a loyal fan of this restaurant for years — every time I’ve visited the Portland location, the food and service have been amazing. Naturally, when I got to the Bend location, I was excited to try it here too. Unfortunately, my experience couldn’t have been more different.
I placed a pickup order and arrived about 15 minutes later, expecting it to be ready. When I walked in, I wasn’t acknowledged at all — not for 6 to 8 minutes. When someone finally spoke to me, they told me the order wasn’t ready and might take another 7 to 12 minutes. I said I’d wait outside, came back in later, and was ignored again. No updates. No apologies. No basic courtesy.
The food itself was decent — almost as good as Portland — but the service was unacceptable. I’ve lived in this town for 28 years, and unfortunately, you do sometimes experience bias in Oregon. I can usually tell when it’s that versus when it’s just bad service. In my opinion, based on how I was treated, the person behind the counter handling takeout did not want to acknowledge me because I’m Black.
It left me feeling unwelcome and dismissed. I didn’t leave a tip, and I will not be returning to this location. If you’re in Bend and want better food and better service, I’d recommend checking out Northwest Wing Shop instead.

Wings are overcooked and the parmesan garlic rub tastes like mold. The buffalo sauce was also just gross.

The wings were dry. The Jamaican Jerk tastes very different than any other time I have gotten that sauce. However the beer selection was small but very tasty. And the Nashville chicken sandwich was excellent. I would encourage people to go there, but I would definitely get the chicken sandwich, burger or salads instead of the wings.

Ordered the buffalo chicken salad, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. My friend had the wrap and fries. Also some of the best fries I’ve ever tasted. I will be back!

The servants were nice. Yet it seemed to take a while to pluck the chicken before the lad brought it out to our table

We're staying at the Campfire hotel nearby and everything is perfect. Outside seating on a sunny day, sipping a drink while playing cornhole and foosball, they bring out the most amazing fried chicken sandwich and fries🤤. This is as good as it get people

Fire on the Mountain is an absolute must-try! Their wings are perfectly cooked and come out piping hot, with interesting sauce options. I recommend the raspberry habenero, it is spicy and sweet with a heavy amount of vinegar that i just love with wings. Beyond the wings, their sandwiches and beer are great too. Plus, their happy hour is really note worthy. Seriously, this place exceeded my expectations.
