Best burgers in Bend!
They’re my kids’ favorite—hands down. It’s always a special treat to pair one with a milkshake. The fry portions are generous, and the service is always friendly and fast. Kudos to the manager, Kristi, for running it so well!

It's a bit spender than other fast food burger places, but everything is always good and served pretty quickly.

I love it here. The staff is always great, food is D-Lish, and the wait isn't terrible. Our son loves it too.

Sat on hold for 20 minutes. I walked in, and they were not busy at all. There were two black shirts working. When I told them I had been on hold, and showed them my phone, they did not care at all.

Wow. These prices are jacked. Walked in, saw the menu, left. Not paying $13 for a fast food burger and $8 for fries.

That cheese has a metallic taste to it which ruined the rest of the food. The woman that took the order had an accent and was pretty soft spoken that it was difficult to hear her over the very loud kitchen noises. It was a waste of money because that cheese ruined the food, it couldn't be eaten. Your prices are so high as well. There were teenagers hanging out in the dining area with no food sitting on the tables with feet on tables talking very crudely that a family who was traveling sat by us because they didn't have anywhere else they felt safe enough to eat with the teens taking over the dining room. The lady managing the front register couldn't understand anyone with the kitchen noises when asked for a manager. This location needs to have a better way for communication with customers and a better way to make the dining area a more pleasant experience for people to eat in. Also get better cheese, if you pride yourself in getting locally sourced potatoes, why not get locally sourced cheese like Tillamook.

The burgers here aren’t my favorite, but the milkshake is one of the best in town. I also enjoy the fries. I love that you can select as many add-ins as you’d like in your milkshake. They are thick and cold, and, if you order online they always wait until you arrive to make them. The staff here is always friendly and prompt!

The food used to be very good. Tonight it was awful. Ice cold when we got it. We live about 3 miles from there. Toppings were almost none. I couldn't even fun the grilled onions. I guess we will not be going back.

The employees are amazing at this location! So friendly. The burger is delicious and the fries are always hot and fresh. My only problem is how expensive 5guys is. For 2 burgers, a large fry and 2 milkshakes it was $52.

Grub Hub ordered from 5 guys in Bend Oregon last night. I'm from Oklahoma and was in town on business. I've eaten at this 5 guys several times and it was always good. Expensive but good. Once in house and once take out. Never delivered. Anyway the order was delivered promptly and the hotel is only a mile away so the fries were hot and good as always. Half the bag was full of fries. If you don't know 5 guys puts your order of fries in the bag and then basically puts way more in. Plenty enough to share. My only complaint was that the burger was very dry. My previous experiences were that the burgers were always juicy. The flavor was good and the bacon was crisp. I prefer crispy bacon. The burger patties were definitely overcooked. Maybe left of the grill too long. Good taste just a little dry.

Shrinkflation has really taken ahold while the size of the burger has gotten smaller. Paying double for a burger that was made wrong is not entirely enticing. Sad to say, but Five Guys is unaffordable to my family now.
