Foxtail Bakery made our wedding cake and the other desserts for our special day and completely exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t decide on just one flavor for the cake, so they were kind enough to make a four tier wedding cake with two different flavors and it was phenomenal. The cake was both beautiful and delicious!

We hired Foxtail for our wedding and can't recommend them enough. I have been an avid Foxtail fan since they were next to Hutch's, so having their desserts at our wedding made it that much more special. Nickol is a master of her craft. Everything is balanced in texture and flavor, not too sweet, and is a work of art.

One of my local favorites! Their menu is innovative and eclectic and the flavors bang on target! Their waffles and tiramisu pancakes are my favorite brunch food. Hope they pull through the pandemic and open back up soon x

I ordered the Marion berry cake for my moms birthday, and it did not disappoint. The presentation was beautiful and the cake really helped make my mom feel special. The 4" was the perfect size for four of us although I wish I got a larger size because I wanted to go back for more :) don't forgot to take the cake out of the fridge 3-4 hours in advance so you can really enjoy all the flavors!

Terrible owner, she was extremely rude and uppity with me. I also witnessed an employee being belittled and screamed at while waiting for my baked goods. Food itself was overpriced and overrated. Staff even seems to give special treatment to white people and to treat minorities rather poorly, rather sad to see something like that a buisness in bend. This was last year this happened but the owner seems to take no responsibility for her actions and deny any claims made against her bakery, I believe she sees no fault in her bigotry or abuse and tries to cover up the truth with lies ,glad this place closed down, I hope it goes out of business ,which if it keeps going down same road when it reopens, if it ever does,it will definitely be shut down

We used foxtail for our wedding cake (+ 2 pies). Everything was delicious and my guests raved about the desserts. I’m giving 3 stars because the bakers forgot to put greenery on our cake (despite being on the contract) and it looked very plain. My in-laws picked up the cake and I didn’t even think to say to them “check if the cake has greenery”… I just assumed the bakers wouldn’t forget that. They also almost forgot to give us our gold cake stand but my in laws noticed and went back in to get it. Finally, throughout the process the bakers/owners were a challenge to communicate with and I often had to follow up a few times to get a response. I assume it’s because they’re very busy, so perhaps the owners should consider hiring someone to handle logistics/communication with customers so little things don’t fall through the cracks. Overall this bakery came highly recommended so I was just a little disappointed/surprised by my experience.

Foxtail did a dessert bar for our wedding and our guests couldn't stop raving about all the desserts. We also had got a cake from them for our elopement and it was hands down the best cake we have ever eaten. Their desserts truly are one of a kind.

For Easter weekend they featured a special Easter Brunch with a preset menu including five-courses of pure deliciousness. Overall the customer service and experience was an amazing one. We were very happy to spend our time together in this well planned out event. We look forward to more!

I bought a cake from their existing cake/flavor offerings. No custom work done. Let me tell you, this cake was the best I've ever had. It easily fed a party of 8 and became my breakfast lunch and dinner treat for the next several days. The flavor was amazing but the texture and moistness is what was most impressive. I feel terrible about myself now, but it felt great while eating it. 11/10 - get your cake here.

The "unicorn p**** birthday cake certainly has a catchy name, and lavender is a unique flavor to feature, so I was sold on ordering this funfetti cake (also given ease of online ordering vs. other local choices). First impression was definitely that the presentation was beautiful! But also that it seems odd that tall enough boxes are not available. I'd say that though we waited for 3+ hours to eat as recommended (for the butter to soften and the cake to reach its full flavor profile potential, etc.), the cake was still not as moist as I'd prefer. Quite dense cake layers with honestly no funfetti effect was fairly disappointing. Some sprinkles were added between each layer, above the Chantilly layer, but that was about it. Contrast between dense cake and light Chantilly cream is stark. I did enjoy the vanilla bean Chantilly and berry glaze, in particular. I'd recommend incorporating more of that berry flavor! I'll perhaps be back to try one of the other options, particularly if they are not quite as dense cake styles. I definitely wish the carrot cake was with cream cheese frosting rather than white chocolate! Hope to be back when custom orders are a possibility (if they aren't too difficult to order) and especially when the storefront is reopened--for an early afternoon treat in the sun!

I gave this bakery five stars for the quality of their pastry goods. I have to say they're absolutely amazing I believe the woman that does the baking after talking to her she had A great background , baking.. One will be amazed of the creative flavors they are blending in their pastry items. One may think that the price is high but once you taste your first bite you would never question the pricing. With Covid right now I haven't had an opportunity to go back and have breakfast again., my first experience I found the menu limited and the bacon was very soft and fatty . When I tried to make any alterations the gentleman was not very willing.. but I always like to check out things several times before really determining how many stars. But I definitely give this place five stars for the pastries they are a meal in themselves.

Best croissants in Bend (sorry Sparrow!), crispy outside and buttery flaky goodness inside. Like me! Everything I've had here has been spectacular. Go here now. Enjoy.
