Wouldn't know because they make us stand outside in the cold. Smells good. They are kinda slow. Most of the people who eat there are well off.

Dawn is the greatest. The bread is awesome. As are the treats. I joined the bread of the month club and am paying only 5 bucks a loaf for bread that is much better than you can get at the store. I highly recommend them. From sourdough bread to seed laden Dakota to 10 grain, spelt, honey whole-wheat, and cinnamon chip, all of their bread is delicious!
Wheelchair accessibility: not the greatest for wheelchair accessibility. No disabled parking.

I just moved to Bend and this has turned into my favorite place to buy bread. I stopped in yesterday to pick up a loaf of sourdough and ordered a turkey goddess sandwich and some cookies to go. Everything was delicious! I am looking forward to trying more of the menu items. My husband can’t wait to try their cinnamon rolls.

Sat. morning I tried to place an order on line. When I found out it would not be ready until afternoon I cancelled order. Came in store that morning and purchased an order. My bank account has been charged for both orders. I do business there regularly and always leave a nice tip. I need the the funds charged for the on-line order credited back to my bank account, or given a credit.

I love this bakery. They have the most delicious breads (Dakota!) and most yummy sandwiches. It is a gem of a local Bend business.

I used to come here with my mom when I was a kid and I’m so blessed to get to bring my son here today. From the smells, to the taste, to the friendly employees and cozy atmosphere this bakery has remained consistently amazing for the past 30+ years and is part of the quintessential Bend experience.

My one star review is based on they do not support our military or first responders.

I found it very strange that for an outlet serving food and beverages, they have no washrooms for their customers. When I asked the server if they had a toilette, she answered “regrettably no” and directed me to the city library washrooms 3 blocks away. ???. I wonder if the staff have to also walk to the library and back each time they need to use the washrooms?
