One of our favorite spots in Bend. Right next to cuppa yo too for the kids.

I do not understand the hype with this place, at allllll. Straight gross. My Al pastor taco tasted like old meat and only had cabbage on it. The fish taco was funky fishy and both were super soggy for some reason. Both totally lacked any flavor besides the weird taste of the meat. All around gross. No wayyyy I'll go back. Save your money and go literally anywhere else to find better. Also, pretty sure I got some form of food poisoning because I've been nauseated and wanting to barf for the last few hours. Came on about an hour after I ate. Gross gross grossssss!🤮🤮🤮🤮

I work next-door at the hospital, last week, I went over and grabbed some tacos and when I finally got a chance to eat them, they tasted like soap. I tried calling the store, no one answered for 20 minutes. So I left a comment on their page with my email and never even got a response. I guess when you think you’re the top dog in town because you have some of the better restaurants, you no longer care about your customer service. I will never return and I was a pretty regular customer.

Staff here was friendly enough. The tacos are not bad for the region but could use more meat. Unfortunately, I am from South Texas originally and know what good tacos taste like.... as well as what they should cost. The price for street tacos is excessive here. Pricing at $3-4 per taco is pretty wild. They should be maybe $10-12 per order of 4-5 tacos, respectively. I will probably not be back to this establishment.

I was really excited to try this place, but feel it failed to live up to the hype. The carnitas were hard and chewy, not melt in your mouth like carnitas should be.
We ordered the queso dip and found it to be very watery instead of a thicker chip dip.
The beans also had a weird flavor to them and the rice was soggy.
Would not reccomend.
I've eaten here a bunch of times and have had some good and some bad experiences. The last few times have not been great. i always get barbacoa and the meat is sometimes diced and sometimes shredded. this last time it was shredded but really overcooked, chewy, and also tasted straight up bad. I'm sad to say it but i think I'm done eating here, which is a bummer because i live close by. If you do decide to eat here, i think the vampiros are the way to go. cadillac margarita and chips & guac are also decent.
Mushy shrimp - how is that even possible? $60 meal and the shrimp was mushy and kind of smelly. I wish East Bend had more reliably good Mexican food!

When this place opened it was so legit. Vertical spit, lines out the door, so delicious. Food is still great, service is fine, owners seem less interested in the venture. Vertical spit is gone, ordering is done via a screen like McDonald's? Was a hip spot, but lacking it's former awesome.

Totally forgot to take photos but this place was great. Went there for a short lunch and ordered a couple of tacos and some chips and salsa. Best salsa ever! Super spicy and tangy, great flavor and the carnitas tacos were delicious. Somehow my order got misplaced though when I asked how much longer when my lunch was almost order they went to check and it somehow went out to someone else. So they rushed my order and threw in an extra taco. It did not disappoint. I would say however they don’t tell you it comes with onions and cilantro so if you aren’t a fan I would ask what all comes on everything. It also comes with an avocado salsa which I got on the side, that one was a little bland but still decent. You can tell their chips are freshly made though. I would come back for the chips and salsa alone and next time would love to try one of their mixed drinks, they looked really tasty.

Great TACOS 🌮 got my son in law and I their Al Pastor tacos at the time my daughter was giving birth to our grandson, very convent for those visiting the St Charles hospital. Mmmm good, great service and clean. Prices are fair and flavor is high 🙌🤩
Parking: Lots of parking, right next to St Charles hospital.

Dirty, flies everywhere. Five dudes standing around, not cleaning the tables that’s for sure. One of those meals that I hope I don’t get sick from ?
Recently diagnosed celiac came in to have a margarita and chips and salsa. Their chips are fried any separate fryer along with their vegan sweet potatoes and they offer for other vegan options. Great atmosphere and super nice staff. I felt the staff was well informed when I had questions.
Vegetarian options: You can order almost everything without meat and they even have vegan cheese
Dietary restrictions: I have celiac disease and they assured me their fryer is separate for chips and their sweet potatoes for tacos
