This place has a HOLD on us at the hospital. We LOVE IT! Anytime we've had a hard day, someone says "wanna get Hablo?" And we go nuts for it. The green chile cheese tacos are the BEST! Keep it up yall. You're crushing the taco game. And we appreciate you!!!

Mexican food ? is all about flavor and Hablo Tacos has it, not bad at all. Loved that Albóndigas Soup ?, the homemade Guacamole ? is nice. Those salsas are nice and flavorful, not enough peppers ?️ though ?!

Delicious food!! I ate the other day and had to come back for more. HOWEVER I specifically asked for one red and one green sauce with my green chili and mushroom vampiros. I ordered 4 and asked for red with two and green with two. I was told.....they come with one of each!! I received ZERO!!!!! I PAID for chips and salsa so I guess they thought I didn't need the red and green sauce that comes with what I ordered. DISAPPOINTED. ugh I noticed when I got back to the hotel and really don't want to get out in traffic to go get it. Besides that, their line was out the door. The food is amazing but I'd check my order BEFORE you leave if it's takeout. I ordered the same thing two days ago and only received green sauce. The cashier said....they must have been lazy, you should have gotten one of each. Today.....NEITHER!! Ugh I am a salsa fanatic!! I was really looking forward to it.

Gordon Ramsay has been a good friend of mine for over 20 years. He's in Bend (OR) this week, looking to possibly open up a restaurant on the east side of Pilot Butte. When he asked about the best tacos in town, Katie and I brought Gordon to Hablo Tacos. It was a tough choice between El Sancho and here. Both offer authentic, Mexican flavors for sure, but Gordon wanted to see the east side of town, and Gordon gets what he wants. Unfortunately, unlike El Sancho, the wait to place your food order at Hablo Tacos takes forty minutes to an hour. That is not an exaggeration. Gordon only goes into his infamous rage for show, but this afternoon he almost turned the line into an episode from Dante's Inferno. Yikes. It took over 50 minutes to finally get to the counter. Absolutely ridiculous. These guys need to hire more people or close down. As for Gordon, he gave Hablo Tacos three out of five stars. Noting, "José Olé would have done just as well." Katie and I concurred 100%. Frankly, we should've taken Gordon to El Sancho. At least there, there's never a line, and the food is just as good, if not superior. When Gordon returns in May or June, we'll do just that... Now it's off to look at some property. Who wants to open a restaurant?!

Also ordered an Al pastor bowl and got about 6 small flat cubes of tasteless “pork”. Looks more like cat food rather than actual food. Will not be returning. Tables were dirty. Staff unfriendly.
