I ordered food to go and got home and realized they gave me someone else’s order, not what I ordered and I picked it up when they buzzed me. Really frustrating. And the phone number is not in service and their website sever “cannot be found”.

The udon noodles is tasty but the noodles are thinner than the udon noodles I had in Japanese restaurant. The sha momo is too salty for my liking.

Awesome service. High quality food! I asked to add some veggies to my dish that was chicken only and it was well receieved , no problem :) tasty sauces. The side salad that comes with some of rhe meals is not basic. Excellent dressing. Great variety for a small menu.

It's a relief to find any sort of authentic foreign food in Bend, and this cart is a great spot serving delicious Himalayan food. The menu is pretty selective, offering a good solid sample of options. I would highly recommend the noodles, as it's fairly accessible yet very different from the kind of food you'd normally get in the area. Service is pretty fast and will answer any questions you have, but they also list the ingredients of food on the menu. There's good seating in the cart area, and the atmosphere is casual.

My husband and I typically get the same sandwiches when we go to OnTap. This was my first time trying Himalayan Bites after years of visiting OnTap. I wish I tried them sooner! The noodle dish is just so delicious (ask for spicy if that's your jam) and I got the Himalayan platter along with my noodles and I'm so glad I did. The sha-momo dumplings were amazing and all the sauces are super good and flavorful as well. We will definitely be getting noodles here regularly, especially with the cold weather coming!
Ordered the Sha-Momo. The dumplings were tasty and fresh. The dough was seasoned, yellow and full of flavor. Loved the reddish, curry tasting dipping sauce. The salad was nicely dressed and the greens were crunchy. I added a spicy dip which was a perfect addition for me. Would definitely go again. Purchase, pager and pickup, courteous and quick.

Unique, rare and delicious is what Himalayan Bites is all about. I've been a patron for years (after getting by some not so pleasant first impressions) and make a point to stop in every time I'm in the neighborhood! Their Sha-Momo's are super good and although their MoMo machine was broken, thus making them unavailable for nearly a year it seemed. Lately they are up and running at 100%! Also a favorite is the "Noodle Dish" and especially the light green sauce that accompanies it. I always ask for spicy because they have some seemingly super secret Himalayan spices that are truly unique. Pour that sauce all over the entire dish for best results! Give them a try ASAP!
