I’ve had great experiences at other Human Bean coffee shops(I’d even go as far as sayings it’s my favorite coffee shop in Eugene), but the Bend location has been consistently disappointing. I’ve gone three times now, and each time the coffee has fallen short. Today I finally decided to speak up, but the manager wouldn’t even come to the phone. Instead, they told the employee I had until tomorrow to come back for replacements, even though I explained that I work and wouldn’t be able to make it.
I really wanted to give them another chance, but between the poor-quality drinks (now in the trash) and the lack of customer service, it’s hard to justify going back.

The no jalapeno breakfast sandwhich is a game changer for me. You can get coffee anywhere, it's the other stuff that makes ya stand out...

Not a good experience to day. They push straws. And won't honor the customer preference on payment method. The employees were requested to make my order to my specifications however they did not. It was not busy. So the employees were not over whelmed. They were tipped. But they just don't have active management and or the management is not skilled enough to know what they are doing in business.

It was a random stop for me. I was running errands and needed a cup of coffee. I got a latte and was surprised at how good it was. The coffee taste so good it didn't need added flavor. I will definitely be back when I'm in bend.

It was my first time getting a drink from this place and I loved it!
Lady this morning had to much attitude because I decided to not use the Starbucks menu they put in. I don't like that thing I like the coffee and baristas not the Starbucks experience. And not just in this state. I've never had a issue before not using it. Yet the attitude and demanding me to use it with the eye roll and all of a sudden they don't have black coffee? Just wow today guys. I hate dutch bros and I had to go there. That chick this morning just ew. But the rest of the place cool.

I sometimes forget that this terrific coffee drive-thru is on my way to work, but not today! Wow, what a delicious latte, toasted bagel and such a nice vibe. Highly recommend ♥️
