I ordered a custom cake and 2 dozen cupcakes for an office retirement party. The treats were delicious, and I had multiple people coming up to me afterward to say they were "so happy we got Ida's." The treats were ready on time and the ordering over the phone was simple with transparent pricing. Thanks guys!!

I live in Texas and my in laws live In Bend. We found out the gender of our baby and all mail options were going to take too long! We remembered Idas from when we lived there and decided to give them a call. Maggy/Maggiewas the absolute best customer service person I have ever talked with! She was able to have our cupcakes ready within half an hour for my MIL to pick up and she had even called to ask what she should write on the box. I really appreciate all of her help and making this moment so special. Thank you so much Maggy/Maggie!

We went to Ida’s cupcake in Redmond location twice. We love the cupcakes. It’s the best cupcakes we ever had. However I would not go back there again because of the unfriendliness of the staff. The young ladies that work there are not friendly at all. They are so awkwardly unfriendly and made my kids and myself feel very uncomfortable both times. I don’t know if the bend locations are better but I doubt it. Goodbye Ida’s. Not worth it !!!

We love these cupcakes! Especially that they offer gluten free and dairy free for those of us with dietary concerns. Always moist and yummy. Love the convenient, in-town, fun location.

I was looking for Gluten/Dairy free cupcakes and found this spot. Stopped by and bought a few.Had one for dessert and OMG, these are delicious! Love them!I recommend!
Staff was super friendly, I got 3 gluten free/vegan cupcakes and they were so dang good. I would have NEVER been able to tell. My boyfriend gobbled his up so fast. Will be going back!!

Very disappointing. Was sold on their "Gourmet cupcakes" as opposed to their standard ones. There is nothing Gourmet about these cupcakes. For $5 a piece I expected to get a large yummy cupcake. What I got was the same size cupcakes as you can make yourself using a standard cupcakes pan. I would hate to see what their standard size cupcakes look like. One or 2 bites probably. Additionally, when I arrived to pick up my order, the person working there was spraying windex in the glass screen protecting the cupcakes for sale on the same side as the cupcakes. I guess who ever buys those cupcakes affected by the over spray will be getting a mouthful of soap!!

The other day I came in a got an great cupcake, I was waiting till Tuesday when you were open again, so I did me being new in this town. ,. An still learning anyway I went to your store but late the door was open an cupcakes ready to sell so I walk in an saw a bunch an even saidi was dying for a few, but do to my late arrival I was told there were not any for sale , which there was, an that they were closed! I'll cure my craving another place!!!!

My family wanted to give me the perfect birthday cake and had trouble finding anyone willing to make it. They finally found Ida's and they were more than willing to make the cake we wanted. It turned out perfectly! It was made with all the cute little farm animals requested and it tasted absolutely delicious! I couldn't have asked for a better surprise or a tastier cake.
