Went here for the first time with my parents and boyfriend, we had a great time! The place is decorated cute and tasteful for the holidays. The beer and food were tasty - absolutely hit the spot! Our server Saylor was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Awesome service, thank you for an excellent first experience!! We will be back no doubt.

The staff is so welcoming. Went to a private event last night for the Central Oregon Beer Angels holiday party. The owners had their back room all set up for our large group. Beer, food, and service were great.

This place is GREAT!!! Stellar beer, excellent service and tasty food. There are 5 pinball machines, all in good working order. The staff are so nice and accommodating. There is even a private event space to rent. Do yourself a favor and check it out. These are some serious award winning brewers here.

Not enough dark beers for my taste, but the cervaza negra and the upper Deschutes were very good.

Food was bland - carnitas/pork burrito (?) largely shredded pork and pineapple bits, and a lot of it, but the salsa / sauce wasn't really flavorful, which didn't help the bland burro filling. I really wanted to like it! Jalapeno poppers, pretty dull execution.
Staff were watching tennis competition instead of the 3 tables (11:30-12:00pm on a Saturday), so I wandered up to the bar to ask for a refill - pretty low pressure to keep glasses filled, but hey, tennis!
Last, the Cal Common style been I had was really low on carbonation. I'm a huge fan of Anchor Steam, and know that the UPP Liquids crew can nail any style in their sleep, so I can say I was disappointed, but hopeful, that much like this string of reviews, the beer can be attributed to the former version of this spot (Immersion).
We're really looking forward to adjustments to the beer over time, since BBC of old still lingers on our minds. Tonya (and the gang) has won awards and recognition of her peers for her talent / skill in the brewhouse, and I'm looking forward to that version of any/all beers being on tap at UPP Liquids.

So stoked for Tonya and team! They’ve done a great job with this space and the many beers on draft already. Lots to come from them!

It’s all about the beers!! Some top brewers from Bend took over here, including awesome lady brewers! Now rebranded as UPP, not Immersion, go support our local brewers and sample a pint, there is something for everyone
