“First time trying Indian food, flavors were exactly what I was looking for. Food was right amount of spicy, but may kick it up a notch next time. Went with the buffet in order to try a variety of dishes and wasn't disappointed. All were very good. Also tried Indian beer. Thank you Taj Palace for making my experience great.“

“I have eaten at their other restaurant in Walla Walla, Washington. I would contend that This is some of the best Indian food in the Pacific Northwest, and Bend did not disappoint. Five stars!“
