Been wanting to try this food truck for a while and finally got the chance. I ordered the chicken satay and it was delicious. The peanut sauce over perfectly tender chicken was amazing. I also didn't expect to like the slaw but ate every bite. Definitely worth a try and can't wait to go back!

The two gentlemen were very approachable, welcoming, and friendly. My fiance and I are in town from Seattle. I found this place and knew I had to give it a shot based on reviews. Expected to show up to a Mexican taco truck. Instead, indonesion food. Let me just say, it was AMAZING. The food was fairly priced, and better than anything we’ve tried this far on our stay. Loved the service, loved the food! Thank you gentlemen.

I was very pleased with my meal overall.I got the Stirfry for $14 and corn fritters for $9.The Stirfry had a unique and appealing flavor and good portion size.Personally, I would not order the fritters again. They are a bit lack luster in my opinion. I would have liked to try the spring roll.A friend let me try the pork wontons, which was good. I feel like the 5-6 wontons was worth $9.I would definitely like to return later and try the rice dish.*I have pictures but cannot seem to add them.

As a first generation American (my family is Dutch), I have grown up eating Dutch and Indonesian food. And Jason makes AMAZING Satay and Saucijzenbroodjes! It tastes authentic and absolutely delicious! I haven't had a bad dish there, and Jason and McKenzie are always so fun to talk to. Would highly recommend!

Amazing food, definitely one of the best food carts in Bend! The Chicken Satay was incredible and the rice and slaw on the side were great compliments. Couldn’t recommend more.

One of (if not the) best food carts in Bend. We always love the Indonesian food like the nasi goreng and the tofu burrito. This time, we also tried their Dutch apple donuts which were a special of the day, and we can't wait to get them again. The service is friendly and obviously super knowledgeable about Indonesian and Dutch food. The vibe at Bevel is always fun--good for a chilly day.

Got the Noodle entree, priced at 15 bucks it's a bit spendy for noodles. But the flavor was nice, would have been 5 stars but Daddy-O fried the life out of the bacon ? which was disappointing.

Excellent!! My family is Dutch (from Holland, where they have a lot of pretty authentic Indonesian food), and this is the best I’ve had in the US! Favorite food truck in Bend.

Absolutely amazing food!!!! Had to try at least three appetizers, the stir-fried noodles couldn’t taste better. Jason the owner was such a pleasure. Complementary Indonesian candy topped it all! Definitely will be back for more. Thank you!

We finally made it to IndoDaddy for lunch after many months of swooning over their Instagram posts. We had hopes and dreams of what a Dutch-Indonesian meal may taste like and were blown away by the flavors and presentation of each dish. We had the chicken sate entree- the chicken was tender and coated in a yummy, warm peanut sauce. Normally “rice” in a plate dish is an afterthought- this turmeric coconut rice is 100% a stand-alone dish. We had corn fritters (must have!!) and egg rolls. Our tastebuds were buzzing in the best of ways from the owners grandmother’s recipe for a green side sauce. If you’re looking for a culinary adventure - don’t sleep on this one. This is an absolute hidden gem in Bend (located in Bevel Brewing at the time of this post).
