I had a bad experience there
I ordered from the Jersey Mikes app to get a discount. Our order was due to arrive within 30 minutes. 2.5 hours later, our order arrives (we'd already had something else for dinner) and the whole order was completely wrong. When I contacted the location that night, the girl on the phone told me to contact DoorDash. When I contacted DoorDash, I was told I needed to contact Jersey Mike's to get my refund. I just had the most wonderful experience I’ve ever had at a fast food shop. My boyfriend and I went in 30 minutes before closing (which we never, ever do) and the staff was so awesome. Sam was the guy who helped us and made our sandwich’s, he deserves a raise for how pleasant he was! He joked with us as he prepared our food and was very professional the whole time. The tip we left was very, very well-deserved! I highly recommend.
