For the second week we ordered $200 in sandwiches. Both weeks the order was totally incorrect. Do you know the difference between banana peppers and bell peppers? Mikes Way??? Do you just make a bunch of sandwiches and throw them in a bag? A turkey sandwich with only lettuce and turkey? Do you know how bland that is??? I guess I'll just dispute both transactions since you cant get it right and don't answer the phone...

Most of these bad reviews you see, are from actual Karen’s. These people show up for work every day, and despite what happens, they’re always so nice and friendly to us old folks. I came in and was greeted with a smile. I was new to Jersey Mike’s and they showed me how ordering works. I got the perfect sub, and they still had a smile by the end of it. Don’t listen to these people who leave one stars because chances are, they were rude to the staff and had bad days themselves. Thank you Jersey Mike’s!

I don’t know if they’re gone through change in management, staffing issues, or what but the last couple times I’ve ordered jersey mikes delivered my order has been completely wrong and missing items. The last time I ordered they didn’t include the 3 pack of cookies as well as missing 2 bags of chips. The sandwich was also missing 3 add-ons. Quality control has gone down hill

AWESOME samich shop. I always get excellent service. Friendly staff. They're fast and efficient and have good attitudes. Even when they're super busy. Today I ordered online and switched up my usual order. I forgot to ask for no mushrooms on my sandwich, but Cody knows I hate mushrooms and caught MY MISTAKE and made the samich perfectly. If anything is ever wrong with your order, they will do whatever they can to make if right. Thanks to Cody and the whole crew at this shop. Keep up the great work.

Sandwich good as always, but immediate bad vibes from the girls working there. I’ve been to this location many times and have never felt so uncomfortable by the customer service. Bad days and off moods I get, but at a 5 pm on a Thursday when i’ve never seen/met/ordered from these girls just seemed inappropriate and unwelcoming.

This place needs new management really badly. My online order, placed at 6:45 PM, indicated readiness at 7:05 PM upon arrival. However, I encountered significant delays due to operational inefficiencies. Despite assurances of imminent completion, my order was not ready until 7:35 PM, after observing several instances of order mix-ups and poor workflow management. Furthermore, the restaurant's cleanliness was unsatisfactory, with visible crumbs and a generally unkempt kitchen area. Upon returning home, I discovered that my order was incomplete, lacking the extra meat and bacon I had paid for. Due to these significant service failures, I will not be returning to this establishment and strongly recommend a review of management practices.
