AWESOME samich shop. I always get excellent service. Friendly staff. They're fast and efficient and have good attitudes. Even when they're super busy. Today I ordered online and switched up my usual order. I forgot to ask for no mushrooms on my sandwich, but Cody knows I hate mushrooms and caught MY MISTAKE and made the samich perfectly. Sandwich good as always, but immediate bad vibes from the girls working there. I’ve been to this location many times and have never felt so uncomfortable by the customer service. Bad days and off moods I get, but at a 5 pm on a Thursday when i’ve never seen/met/ordered from these girls just seemed inappropriate and unwelcoming.

Most of these bad reviews you see, are from actual Karen’s. These people show up for work every day, and despite what happens, they’re always so nice and friendly to us old folks.
