Freaky fast, and tasty subs- what more can you ask from a Jimmy John’s? The facility was clean and easily accessible. I would come back!

Update 2: I still not have received refund 5 days after saying I would be refunded. Customer service is not their number one priority. I was was offered a refund and never asked for it until I was offered it. Poor customer service for employees up to the "GM" that called me and said they do do everything to make it right.Updated: Was contacted by the GM who apologized for poor service. Was told I would get a refund for sandwhich. 4 days later and I have still not recieved a refund. Will change review if I ever get one.Waited 5 min with nothing but eye contact to order. While 2 employees were busy making sandwiches for one group of 3. When asked how to use my rewards in store for buying a sandwhich neither knew how to do it. Felt rushed when ordering. Turns out all you need to do was give them the phone number you used for the account. Probably won't be back again to this location. Sandwhich came out quick but felt like they didn't want me there which was a first for jimmy johns.

Don't waste your time or $. The employees are rude and assume it's your 100th time there and that you should know everything about the menu. All they put on your sandwiches is mayo. Bread is dry, sandwiches are small, meat is minimal, chips are basic. This is like Subway only with less quality and shitty customer service. First time here, won't ever visit a Jimmy John's again. Oh...and I typically never write reviews but this place earned it!

I was brought in by the “free smells” sign… Boy, was I in for a disappointment. The whole place smelled like rotting body cheese. The girl made me a sandwich, and gave it away when I slipped away to use the restroom for 2 minutes. I knew it was a bad idea from the start. The sandwich tasted like regret.

I love ordering the Gargantuan at JJ's ever time I go there and it's always good. I ordered one here at this location & they asked if I wanted all of the protein on it? We said yes and what we got was every single meat in the house including tuna. It weighed over a pound and was overladen w/f'in tuna. Ruined my dinner big time at the expense of a teenager laughing thinking about me eating it. Never again! Empire or 20th location going forward & never Old Mill again.

Ordered a sub 2 weeks ago and the lettuce was old so I called and got a new one delivered, decided to try again today and received almost no lettuce on my sandwich. I understand being busy and short staffed since I have previously been a GM at jimmy johns but this is unacceptable and the manager/owner should be ashamed of how much is being over looked and how little the staff seem to care. If this were my store we would be working extra to retrain or the GM needs to be on the line and correcting these mistakes while they are being made and making sure every sandwich is being made correctly.

The two girls working around 1:00 pm on 6/1/2022 were so rude and unprofessional, I waited for my online order patiently for 10 minutes then when I finally received it, it was someone else's order. I informed the staff working that my order was for someone else and they rolled their eyes at me like it was my fault, horrible staff and the sandwich SUCKED, I said no oil and my bread was wet with oil. Get better staff

Was there on Pole Pedal Paddle weekend at 2:30 and poor Owen was there by himself with about 20 orders. The kid rocked it and is going places!! Pay him double today! #jimmyjohns

Got a sandwich that’s already supposed to have avocado. Paid $2 extra for extra avocado. Get my sandwich and it has zero avocado on it so I kindly go in and ask for a couple sides (since it’s supposed to be on there and I already paid for it) the guy charges me an extra $2 and then literally threw my change on the counter because I told him one tiny side wasn’t enough for my 16 inch sandwich which was literally already supposed to come with avocado… like my bad for wanting the food I paid for I guess?

I just purchased a sandwich at the Old Mill store location in Bend. The cashier, a short young lady with dark hair, was very rude while taking my order. No welcome, no thank you, no positive attitude. The name of the order taker on my receipt is Sydney.

I came in on my lunch break to order one meal. Ordered and accidentally forgot to say for the sandwich to be a 16", which my bad. The cashier Hunter became extremely rude due to a simple mistake. Thank you to the lovely lady who stepped in to finish off the order though. I'd definitely say to just go somewhere more local though
