40 minutes in the drive thru line to get a sandwich. Slowest drive thru I’ve ever experienced. Once you get in line you can’t get out. It wasn’t that there wasn’t enough staff inside, it was just complete chaos. Corporate needs to come out to help them smooth out ops.

Never had to wait so long. And the pickup location to grab your sandwich is a narrow dead end with diners right next to you and people piling up waiting.

I ordered online and my order was received money taken. I waited watching the tracking for it to inform me that my food was out for delivery. The tracking said my order was received at 9:01 not that the store was closed. I attempted to call and inquire about my order but no one answered the phone. I used the last of my available funds to make the order and ended without being able to feed my wife or myself. Never again! I should have read these reviews before believing that JJ is worthy of any business of mine or anyone else that is in belief that they provide service to the people that keep them in business.

Been to this location twice with my son after hiking at the Riley Ranch Nature Reserve around the corner. I'd heard poor reviews about Jimmy John's before coming here, but after both trips, I don't know what could have happened to people to leave them with a bad experience. Both sandwiches, both times, were exactly correct, took less than 5 minutes from order to ready, and the staff was professional and courteous.
I have liked Jimmy John's so much these two trips that I measure other sandwich shops by the standard set by the Bend shop on Empire.
Parking: The corner location of this shop makes parking a little problematic. The only entrance is the drive-thru and you cannot enter through the exit without breaking traffic laws.
These guys are so nice! They gave us extra stuff withour order just because our ordering experience was a little awkward. 10/10 customer service

Placed a group order for delivery today. When it arrived, the sodas were spilled, napkins soaked, there were no straws, it was missing a cookie, etc... Delivery driver wouldn't make eye contact and scampered off immediately so it was clear something was awry before we could even check it out. Called the store, was put on hold for 15 minutes, hung up, called back and it's never subsequently answered. And for this I paid a $3 delivery fee and added a $10 tip? There are a lot less stressful lunch options out there. Never again.

I hate to complain. But I bought a bootlegger sandwich and spent $19.50. The sandwich had a long black hair and I noticed the gal who handed it to me at the window was wearing pj's and had no hair net on. There is nothing you could do or say to make me ever go back.
